Phillip.Yeah it was the 3-2  Italy win game in early July 1982.

From the game between Scotland and Brazil in 1966. I'm not sure by the Scotland number 8 may be Charlie Cooke. He did play in the match. John Greig was Scotland's captain in the game. The result was 1-1. Stevie Chalmers scored Scotland's goal.

Boyne: Think you are correct about the Scotland No 8 being Charlie Cooke.

The ‘new Ibrox’ was a mere three years old ,when that picture above was taken.

A good Scotland team that day. Pejic deflected a shot from Jordan to give Scotland a 1-0 win after five minutes.
