@erskblue Thank you. One poster in The Rangers Archives Group mentioned that twelve clubs played in the USA to publicise football there and Dundee United "became" Dallas Tornado for a period of time. One of the other clubs was Aberdeen.

Found this about Dallas Tornado in 1967. A mixture of Scots, Danes, Norwegians and Americans.

From last night's game between Scotland and Denmark at Hampden Park. A great gesture.

Don't let any Liverpool fan tell you they never bought success, though in Evans case they didn’t. Cost a record 110k for a teenager at the time.
