A great team with one of the best back fours of all time. If Harry Maguire is worth £80 million how much would that AC Milan back four be worth.

One of the best full backs in Scotland and the U.K. Very sad when he passed away. Lovely gesture from Rangers to name a stand after him. 16 hours ago, erskblue said: Good shout. A good year for football with Brazil winning the World Cup and us winning the FA Cup. And of my favourite records, Alright Now by Free, was released. Criminal that it never reached number one.

November 28, 20196 yr Hampden early 1960s, Second picture and third pictures are of Scotland v Northern Ireland in 1969 ,which was shown live on TV. This live coverage resulted in a very poor crowd of 7,843. By contrast the following seasons Scotland v England match also shown on TV and in similar wet conditions had a crowd of over 134,000 !
November 28, 20196 yr @erskblueGreat pictures of Hampden Park. As mentioned before my Grandfather was there for a Scotland v England game. He paid a shilling to get in and there were just under 150,000 people in the ground. I read the other day that Queens Park voted to turn professional after nearly 150 years of being an amateur side. Queens Park played Rangers a few years ago and that is the oldest derby in Glasgow and possibly Scotland.
