August 26, 2025Aug 26 We sometimes played ‘penalties’ on the ‘wee pitch’ directly below ‘our pitch’!If the ball went over the fence, it was a long way down the hill to get it! I wasn’t kidding when I said earlier ‘our pitch’ was built on the side of a very steep hill!

September 14, 2025Sep 14 Home Park. Home of Coldstream F.C. Visited it last week. (These aren’t my photos!)Home Park is set in a public park. However, significant work was carried out in 2014 with a rail put around the pitch, fencing around the ground and a small enclosure built beside the existing changing rooms. 2020 saw the installation of floodlights. Capacity of 1,000. Coldstream F.C. play in a royal blue strip.
