Sorry to be the bearer of bad news again, for anyone who used to read the Red Card Fanzine back in the 80s/90s, i'm gutted to post the owner of the fanzine Alan Collis has sadly died, been suffering from Cancer for 18 months & died with his children by his side, aged 61.

I was only talking to him at the Sutton Utd v Arsenal game.

Sad news. Always enjoyed the old fanzines. Still buy the one Dave Johnston sells, cfcuk.

I liked that one as an alternative to the Chelsea Independent.  Letter from Portsmouth always made me laugh.

Bit late, sad news I remember Alan well at the stall by the town hall in the late 80s early 90s and away games, nice guy and the Red Card was always an interesting read especially letter from Portsmouth. RIP

Never knew him but yes Letter from Portsmouth always first article read .  RIP
