January 26, 20206 yr Author This one from York City in the mid 1970s. Got them the nickname of the Y Fronts ! Edited January 26, 20206 yr by erskblue

But one is the Y-Front – the colours worn by York City in the mid-1970s. And that iconic strip will be back, for one last very special game. The shirt will be worn by the team in their final competitive home match at Bootham Crescent. It returned for one last time, their last home game at Bootham Cresent last season. I wonder how many of the shirts Barca and City sold. Would be good on a dark night. A bit like wearing a high vis jacket.

As the players couldn't really make out who was a teammate and who was an opponent
