Karim Adeyemi

I genuinely think that part of the thinking around left wing, is for the club to loan out Mudryk. I think his stock has dropped quite dramatically here and if they could loan him out to a more forgiving league he could regain some form and start to recover value.

I think the club may see him as a busted flush here but a good season abroad could get enough value where they could trade him on eventually.

Where did RDZ end up after all

From what I know... In the 2021-22 season, Adeyemi excelled for RB Salzburg, emerging as their best player by scoring 23 goals (19 in the league and 4 in the Champions League) and making 6 assists. He also played 4 games for Germany, scoring once and providing an assist.

In the second half of the 2022-23 season, he became one of Borussia Dortmund's key players, scoring 9 goals and providing 5 assists.

Last season, 2023-24, he was slightly less effective due to injuries, but he played a crucial role in Borussia's Champions League campaign. Overall, he scored 5 goals and provided 3 assists. He did miss nearly 14 Bundesliga games last season due to ankle and muscle injuries.

At only 22 years old, our Sporting Directors likely see great potential in him. He has the potential to explode and start overperforming, although, as with many young players, it is a bit of a gamble.

Adding the above to his "reduced/low" cost atm then this might be a very good signing. Either breaks in to the squad or worst case scenario they sell for a profit as he's "cheap" atm.

I like that idea...he's obviously struggling atm but we can all see his speed and flashes of skill. I don't think Germany would suit him but Italy or France would be good I think. The championship would eat him alive...lol

Well, we should just sign him. He's 22 and at 25 million quid he is bargain. He could be the next Mo Salah.

How much would we get for Raheen Sterling?  Chelsea's oldest player.

Aren't we taking enough risks on players that MAYBE good in the future already?

A loan to Marseille certainly wouldn't be the worst idea!

Just hope he doesn't pick up any bad habits from the rapist Mason Greenwood.
