abramovich Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 Look at the photo - i can't stop laughing. [iframe:ofzb2r94]http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/sport/football.html?in_article_id=506737&in_page_id=1779[/iframe:ofzb2r94]
Maksimov Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 ...Ex-England player Carragher first shouted at the fans, who were in a box on the terraces, from the pitch. But then he leapt up a fence to confront them...
BLUENUT Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 They also hurled remarks about midfielder John Arne Riise's ginger hair How awful of them, Luton should be dragged before the FA. Riots have been caused over less, well, in Liverpool anyway.
Backbiter Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 He'll be strung up for this. Remember how harshly the FA dealt with Crouch for his verbal abuse of Chelsea fans after his red card in the CC QF?
Maksimov Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 He was after their yellow shellsuits Maybe he thought his apartment had been burglared and was only trying to claim his wardrobe back.
blizeH Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 He'll be strung up for this. Remember how harshly the FA dealt with Crouch for his verbal abuse of Chelsea fans after his red card in the CC QF? :D

Maksimov Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 "Jamie went to sign autographs for youngsters in the executive boxes," said a Liverpool spokesman."Unfortunately, he was subjected to a tirade of foul-mouthed abuse and also had beer thrown at him." The kids of today... ...drinking beer and using foul language... BTW...why would the kids want his autograph anyway...
Alan Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 I have Jamie Carraghers autograph I was the home game against Liverpool in 2006, when we won 2-0. I was sitting in the East Lower and he was walking around by the tunnel and my brother went and asked for his autograph and got him to sign his programme. One of my Liverpool supporting mates was extremely jealous when I told him. It takes up a proud space on my shelf (not).
Maksimov Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 Did he actually write his name or just scribble an 'X'...?
TheWestwayWonder Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 Ebay, Alan. Ebay I heard a completely different perspective on this story first. Namely, the one BBC was carrying which actually did paint Carjacker as a victim. Now that i see that picture, and read Like the TV characters, they urged him to "calm down" as he jogged round the pitch with teammates at Kenilworth Road. Well, my perspective changes a little Life has well and truly gone down the crapper at Liverpool these days
Lofty Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 Mickey Quinn phoned TalkSport earlier to say that; The papers were making a big thing of it just because it was Jamie. No you fat Scouse git. There'll be f**k all done about it because he's Carjacker. Horrible bar stewards the pair of you. And Adrian Durham, an archetypal ginger tosser if ever there was one, is at this very moment calling a Luton fan who was actually in the box a liar. What do I think happened? I think the thick Scouse git didn't know the cameras were on him. Scouse not English? Scouse not human is more like it. I swear I don't know what the world's coming to .. NOW there's some pillock who calls himself a Man U fan (with a conspicuously non-Mancunian accent of course) sticking up for the Scouse git, saying these Luton fans must have provoked him, and were spoiling the fun for everyone else? f**k you too pal.
just Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 I heard about this on the radio today and was shocked. I thought Jamie had too much "class and dignity" to behave in such a manner.
