If that really happened I really would like TenCate to be the next head coach. He seems to have some sort of fire in him. Avram "the toad" certainly don't seem to possess that sort of authority needed to put star players in their place. I bet JM had so much charisma and authority no one wanted to mess with him.

I know there is a difference between bully and a charismatic leader but I think Ten cate just could be the latter one.

I think Terry is the sort of player who needs a manager who is a bigger authority than him. If he don't see it in the manager he bursts out in some point.
