Who, in his sane mind, would want to sign for Chelsea?!

Please, don't slag me...but, you must admit that my post has a point!

With all the sh*t that has been happening with our club in the last 12 months (and the list is quite long) I don't see any serious professional that appreciates good "club environment" joining us next year! Alves (Barca or Madrid), Villa (Arse or Scum), Huntelaar (Roma) etc just to name the few!

Anyone who fancies an easy ride on £50k a week would be my guess...

"Money-grabbers" non-included! I was referring to the current ambient at the club, which is really low. The players I have mentioned are on our wish list, and yet it is clear that they chose other teams because they will not feel comfortable at Chelsea even though Chelsea would pay more!

Me, me,me,me,me,me.

I wouldn't ask for much money and I garauntee I'd give my all every time I got picked, I wouldn't bitch if the gaffer left me out and I'd even be prepared to listen to Mr Grant's teamtalks!

I wouldn't and untill we get a manager worthy of a club our size and with an ability to employ total football i think we should shelve any ideas of world domination (evil laugh) as it just wont happen under grant. Every1 hates him. would you work your ass off for a boss u hate if ur getting paid anyway??

what a load of rubbish. so will anyone sign for the dippers? their in turmoil way beyond anything we are with the in fighting. will any english player sign for arsenal nowing you`ll probably make way for some foreign player with half your talent?

Will anyone sign for Chelsea knowing there is an ego, after an ego, after an ego, after an ego...and no one to sort them out?!

anyone who wants to join one of the most competitive squads in world football, that has been challenging for every trophy the club enters and finished no lower than second for 5 seasons and reached the CL semis 4 out of those 5 years and the one time they did not they went out to the eventual winners (as indeed they have 2 times out of 4). the club also pays well, apparently.

apart from them, no-one I guess.

you have a logical point

but the players mentioned are probably not worthy of a chelsea shirt anyway

in the premier league they will spend more time on there arses than than on ther feet

That's 90 % of our squad then ? If Acrington Stanley started paying £100,000 grand a week I doubt they would have a hard time finding players .

True to an extent, with all the problems Grant has been having and also the disputes in the club, footballers of that knowledge may think otherwise of coming to Chelsea.

On the other hand, alot of foreigners may know otherwise! ChElSea2.gif

Messi had this to say when questioned about the news linking him to Chelsea.

"I am fine at Barcelona and if it's true what is being said about Chelsea, the only thing it makes me feel is pride," he added. "It's an honour for me that such an important team is interested."

Messi is one of the best players on the planet. You can do the rest of the math.

::Scalf::

Real Madrid still managed to atract quite a few players even during their galactico times...... and I don't think we are close to even being that bad
