Ok fair enough. I still think this case is a little different from the norm.

It's all about protection, but criminals can be deported as an undesirable...IF it is safe to return the person.

So yes to a Russian being deported, but unlikely for a Somali or someone from Dafur...even a pedo or rapist, drug dealer etc.

As I predicted. Otherwise he would have just gone to play in France on a free.

Was refused asylum but granted a work permit.
