Tosin Adarabioyo joins Chelsea
Well, it wouldn't be far from the truth.

Tosin Adarabioyo joins Chelsea
It wouldn’t surprise me if the club tries to quietly roll out a “restructure” narrative once the dust settles. It's like night and day vs. the past 4 summers.

Enzo Fernandez - not wanted in England, the Falklands or probably Argentina now
It will happen. His absences from the squad say so.

A combination of things. They have obviously had a rethink. They had to. Even they could see the results of the errors of their ways. Enter at the same time a manager who actually has a clue about quality football. A good marriage.

Is this one going right down to the wire, or will we be stuck with the f**ker?

Honest Ahanor
It's not really a loophole. It's permissible if the arrangement was driven by the player (via agent) and Atalanta; it's not permissible if it was driven by Chelsea. If the player's agent made the proposal to the clubs it would be sufficiently arm's length. As an EU player playing in the EU, UEFA third-party rules cannot be applied in a way that runs foul of EU freedom of movement and employment law. So if Ahanor's agent arranges a loan to Palace, Palace pay wages and separately arranged later transfer to Chelsea, there's nothing wrong. The only way it would be unlawful is if Chelsea told Atalanta they were buying Ahanor on the condition he was loaned to Palace this season, since that would effectively be Chelsea financing the transfer as a third party, which is against FIFA rules.

Arsenal vs Chelsea (PL) Sunday 6th September 16:30 GMT
Yeah, this fixture has come a bit early for us to be much of a threat to them. Especially at their place.

Question marks over Colwill and his form, but I still think Alonso plays him. Martinez Fofana Lacroix Colwill Neto James Lavia Chavarria Palmer Rogers Pedro

Last time we beat them was in 2021, so we're overdue for a win.

Xabi Alonso - New Chelsea Manager
We were absolutely not in control. With the midfield we had there was simply no way we could be in complete control, I think. So we went for chaos instead, and ended up outscoring them. Chaos is really fun, at least as long as we end up winning :)

Tosin Adarabioyo joins Chelsea
Someone mentioned this in another thread, but it’s hard to believe Alonso’s influence alone is responsible for undoing four years of errors in a matter of weeks. There has to be more at play behind the scenes.

Don't worry, apparently it's off now - according to another Twitter account.

Tosin Adarabioyo joins Chelsea
Never Chelsea level player, no surprise that we signed him from a mid table club and we became a mid table club. Wish him well as he takes them into a relegation battle.

Defensively we're all over the place still. So I expect a loss, until we can get that sorted.

Xabi Alonso - New Chelsea Manager
I can't speak to your analogy but Bayern is obviously no real test of a manager's capabilities.

Honest Ahanor
You'd assume that LCB spot is his at Palace.

Seems the Kone deal is £52m + year long loan deal for Gittens to Roma. Worry is his injury history, and Serie A is an awful league presently.

Yup. Would snatch your hand for a draw. Feel like this is our toughest game of the season, and our squad hasn't fully gelled yet.

Xabi Alonso - New Chelsea Manager
Vincent Kompany winning the league with Bayern is the equivalent to losing your virginity with a prostitute. He's the same level as Lampard at best.

Not sure we were in control though, we conceded a lot goals and a lot of chances. Is the way we play the last two games ideal? Maybe not but I don't care. I just want to see fun football. The only thing I was worried about 343 especially with no Europe is minutes for other attackers.
