  1. Always enjoy beating the dippers. Even more fun is going on RAWK after the game and seeing all those jolly scousers playing victims and going on about rent boys...
  2. And Alan Hudson with an orange juice!
  3. WTF? Just went to view this thread and saw this. An ad for Utd shirts on this forum. Someone’s ad agency needs shooting
  4. That’s pretty near where my old man is. In same plot as his mum and dad, but in the north west corner. He can hear the cheers as the goals go in.
  5. If you wore a shirt in the early 80s you increased the probability of getting a good kicking Also made it a bit harder getting in the away end Remember a game against the pikeys at their ground in early 80s. Queuing up outside and everyone dressed the same, kept kicking off as no-one knew who was Chels and who was a pikey. At least at Leeds in was obvious who was who, They dressed really weird

  7. + 1. I must be a similar age, first game was in about 1967.. As the song goes "where were you when we were sh1t?". I was in the benches, gate 13, Cardiff, Cambridge, Grimsby, all the crap away grounds in the late 70s and early 80s Looking forward to discussing games from then with the new poster...
  8. Neville is always a good analyst. He won quite a few trophies too, unlike JJ
  9. YYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!'
  10. Ali isn't far behind. He's a sneaky little sh*te, little digs all over the place
  11. Dier is a dirty little fecker. could have been straight red for the tackle on Sideshow.
  12. Not sure about this one. Would love to smash Spuds at our second home today though. COYB
  13. Comedy Gold. Wenger getting annoyed when officials don't let a player not on the team sheet play!
  14. Clearly a foul and Ospina should have had at least a yellow for a reckless challenge
  15. Shug replied to Sheva's topic in General Chelsea FC
Good news, only saw it on BBC website ten minutes ago
  16. True, maybe give him the chance of a regular start... could be a great call
  17. The way it's going at the moment we'll be looking at whoever has two legs and looks available. Sad but we should have been able to sign someone by now
  18. No Chinese tourists wearing half and half scarfs either
  19. Yep, Pretty sure he was brought up in the prefabs. My old man always reckoned that his elder brother was a great player too. Believe he ended up owning a commercial window cleaning company and married to an Italian ballerina or something similar
  20. My dad knew Harry from when he was a kid in the worlds end. Used to get tickets for big games off him. Always remember cheering Norman as he sprinted across the pitch, and he always waved at the benches
