  1. Our season was over weeks if not months ago, why not take Matic off and put Traore on as an extra striker?
  2. Come on Chels, do it for yourselves and Ranieri
  3. Yep and sky guys reckon that's his season over when FA review the tape. Lino bottled it, clearly saw it and reacted but didn't tell Clatentwat
  4. Beat Spurs next Monday and who cares? Can't handle all those muppets appearing from nowhere in Spurs shirts if they win the league.. Saw this on an earlier thread, so worth adding again...
  5. Saw Best and Rodney Marsh when they were in the same Fulham team. Great players both. Also remember seeing Bobby Moore towards the end of his career there.
  6. I thought her tits were pretty decent all of the time. Never confused...
  7. [quote name="SW6 Chelsea" post="1171600" timestamp="1461241189 - I always thought the Durrell Arms on the Fulham Road was their pub but a few months ago I watched an away game there and the place was packed with Chelsea fans. . The Durrell was pretty much split between Chelsea and Fulham fans in the early 80s. Used to drink in there regularly and played pool there a lot, they had 3 tables. The chaps who drank in there even sorted a strippergram in there for my 21st birthday. Those were the days. No issues between the guys as everyone went to the same schools years before. Not been in there for 20 years, imagine it's all yuppified now?
  8. Yep, I lived in Fulham near the library, and as young teenagers we went to the bridge one week and craven cottage the next. Agree with previous poster who mentioned looking for Fulham's results, think a lot of Chelsea fans in those days sort of saw Fulham as our little brother, but their fans hated us.Stopped going to Fulham once 17, so about 1978 and working as could get to away games then easily, as wasn't reliant on pocket money then as had cash of my own.
  9. As above, pretty sure it's the Leeds 5-0 game. Great day, all went off when the Leeds coach parked down near the old gas works, the Lord Palmeston emptied as the lads went out to welcome them. I was in Gate 13, and at the end when the Leeds fans were smashing the scoreboard everyone piled in the pitch.
  10. Probably because they are all multi millionaires now, so not worried about interaction with the fans. In the early 80s used to pop into the Palmeston on the New Kings rd straight after the game, through the beer garden door as they didn't open until later, and often saw players in there having a beer. Barota was a regular, sitting at the bar with a pint and a ciggie Remember Kerry Dixon driving a new Ford Sierra with his name and sponsored by Ford all over the sides. Can you imagine the players today during a Ford? Or having their name plastered all over the car?
  11. Agree. Too many people seen Football Factory, standing around looking moody near the cops...
  12. At least the season will be over soon. Then we have the Euros and England getting dumped out at an early stage after the group games. Same old, same old. Hopefully next season will be better
  13. Love that pic of Dave Sexton standing on the windowsill with the cup. Can just imagine the council H&S guys allowing that today
  14. Ben Kingsley NoNoNo (Sexy Beast) http://coub.com/view/4m8ur
  15. Now that brings back memories. Anyone got pics of the Percy Daltons peanuts guys in the White coats?
  16. And all topped of with Gary Neville making THAT noise, that only Mrs Neville should ever hear really...
  17. Bearing in mind how dire we were playing the senior team earlier in the season, surely playing the youngsters can't be classed as a weaker team. Play 4 or 5 of them for the rest of the season. Gives them good experience and hopefully a few, RLC, Traore etc will be in the team next season as well.
  18. Became fashionable to have both parents names instead of just the dad's when they weren't married a few years back
  19. Remy FFS. What has Traore got to do to get a start. And Falcao on the bench, at least he's pretending to earn his money now then.
  20. Getting old. Memory going...
  21. Think I was at the same City game. Early kick off and loads of chaps went up to Blackpool the night before? We were in that really quality yellow kit with the red horizontal stripes
  22. Now that brings back memories. Great day out. Wasn't it also called the ZDS cup at one point?
  23. Just making observations, Also don't recall the UVF letting bombs off in London often...Why do you say this ?
  24. In Nairobi at present and loads of Chelsea shirts here. Guess will be lots of ...and Leicester shirts next season though....
