Probably best not to because a) you have mentioned a wife (I think) so b) as a hetero male you probably don't want to be caught considering which of any two men is the better looking! and most importantly c) believe me there is no contest. AVB is quite nice looking - Jose is in a league of his own. And has style - just consider their choice in coats..... enough said!

I'm certain that negotiations are taking place and that everyone thinks he's coming back. What I'm not so sure of is that there won't be a last minute stumble with either Jose or Roman pushing negotiations too far and the other walking out..... Paranoid, me - yes! Pig-headed, them - also yes!

I was about to post the same - I want it so much, I can't celebrate until it's actually 100% confirmed. But unlike you, I am a bit of a pessimist - I remember not celebrating the league win in 2005 until it was mathematically certain! It's not that I don't have faith, I'm just a bloody worrier!

I was a little worried where that sentence was going, so was relieved to see it end with the word "courteous"!

I gave him a chance and asked him why he wasn't contributing to discussions about tactics, games etc and when he didn't reply I assumed he was a wind up merchant and I wasn't going to respond to his views any more. Why has he not tried to engage in any other Chelsea related topics - why only this one?

I know you can ignore posters but can you put a whole thread on ignore - it keeps coming up on my new content page and I just want to ignore the whole bloody argument please. Can we just ignore Benitez now and start thinking about his replacement.

I don't believe everyone should all have the same opinion so don't mind that you have different views of Benitez than I but am amazed that anyone could join the forum of a club they say they support and ONlY say negative comments. No praise, no joining to share joy - just join to say "Benitez is ok". I'm out, I've heard enough.

Just out of interest - a genuine question, not winding you up - why wait until the season is over and then only post about your support of Benitez and your criticism of those who barracked him and, along the way, your dislike of John Terry. Why not also post in the match threads, player analysis etc etc?
