Ramires - anyone else frustrated?
The cause of so many problems. A nasty vindictive streak in him that will cause officials to look close at him next season. I would sell him at the tip of a hat. Great engine granted, but that happens with motors and the road handling is dodgy. Forever grateful for the goal in Barca' but his time at Chelsea should be over. Believe his contract expires early August too and no mention of renewal in media circles, strange ?

Oscar - Little Diamond
He has performed superbly for Brazil this season and will 100% be a first choice in the World Cup as their NO10. The Premiership is the most frantic, unpredictable and toughest league in World Football. If you look at the time on the ball he has when playing for Brazil and the runs the likes of Fred and Neymar make, he is never rushed into a through ball and the instinct is there to pick a pass to create a goal. He also glides into position to score himself. Chelsea's midfield is often too congested and as mentioned Ramires is a headless and thoughtless chicken at times. When Oscar has to make a decision with us it is in a rush and he is tired looking because he is covering the mess Ramires puts us in. I believe Oscar will not start against Athletico, Luiz and Lampard will form the base and Willian will play the NO10 role and if Hazard is unfit Shurrle and Ramires will be either side. Things will improve for Oscar next season and someone with the class of Costa will make the runs and have the presence to feed off him. With Salah sure to start more games and he and Matic available in the Champions League I am sure the kid will get the rest he needs to perform more consistently at the hub of the Premiership battles. Those critising the lad are not being fair to him give the kid time.

Your ideal starting XI next season..
Courtios Dave Cahill Terry Shaw Matic Kroos Hazard Willian Salah Costa
-
Bony - goals ratio and at 25 improving ...
He played like Drogba today, absolute powerhouse and improving.

Honest, honest opinions now.....
We have had a remarkable season but we need Costa and Shaw. For me Ivan should be replaced by Dave and Shaw our left back. We may come up short in the Champions League as well but that is no shame given the striking talent available to our competition. Without Drogba we are a shadow of an attacking force and the class we have in midfield has shone through. It wasn't long ago we were crying out for a playmaker lets not forget that.

We have missed Hazard ...

Got to love Cundy - his celebration over PSG
Unlike Durie and Poyet, Jason can be forgiven for his venture to North London. He has proved time and time again how much he loves Chelsea and when he played for us he was the closest thing to JT you would ever like to see. When you see idiots like Townsend slag us off and disrespect us like he did when he signed for Villa and people like Mickey Thomas who always say nothing but good things about Chelsea and our fans it makes footballers stranger than life itself.

MOTM vs PSG (H) (CL)
Cahill drove the team on from the back throughout the last 30 mins, Willian was everywhere, Dave was reliable as ever, Ba has to be mentioned, Cech stepped up on previous performances, Luiz gave us the holding role master class BUT the moment Hazard went off my heart sank but boy did Shurrle step up to the plate and is my MOM.

Diego Costa to Chelsea
I'm sure the fact we have our keeper there and Torres available for transfer the cards are clearly in our favour. Costa is nailed on to be our first signing of the season.

Romelu Lukaku and who?
A thought why can't the old be Didier Drogba surely Lukaku would relish the chance to train with him and compete with Costa.
-
Romelu Lukaku and who?
Lukaku has broke his silence and clearly thinks he is good enough to play for a top side. In response to Ozboy that was his job yesterday to stay up the pitch on the right to stop Monreal moving forward. In other games he has lead the line to great effect and defended set pieces better than Drogba. He stated yesterday "Rooney played week in week out at my age so did Ronaldo and I want to be as good as that so to improve I must play." Hate to say it but like Sturridge he may get his wish elsewhere and makes us look stupid especially if our new centre forward fails to adjust to the northern windy nights up north.

Torres - The "Groundhog Day" Thread
Torres owes us loyal fans two things before he goes the winning goal against PSG and the one that finishes off the dippers title chances when we go to Anfield.
-
Romelu Lukaku and who?
This May have been said before but it has stuck in my mind ever since and I believe Lukaku, Costa and Eto'o, the young, the man in his prime and the guy who can help both achieve what they want at Chelsea and score a few when we need his experience and nous in the box.
-
Romelu Lukaku and who?
Well that goal he just scored against Arsenal surely means Lukaku and Costa!
-
Torres - The "Groundhog Day" Thread
There isn't a chance Torres will be here next season. Mourinho is just buttering him up because he knows we need to win every game in the league and turn it around against PSG and Eto'o is unlikely to feature much due to injury. I hope when he leaves and that's a certainty he will go on record and thank Chelsea fans who have supported him despite knowing deep down he was a waste of money.

Mohamed Salah to Chelsea
We need his pace, he is half a yard quicker than Shurrle but quite where that will leave Oscar in the future is anyone's guess because there is no doubt Willian deserves a place in our 11. Hazard Willian and Salah would be devastating behind Costa. With Matic a shoe in it means Oscar would be converted to a deeper role or being faced to warm the bench and of course Ramires is also part on the conundrum.

Diego Costa to Chelsea
People who talk about Cavani in the same breath as Costa 'Are they for Real?'

Diego Costa to Chelsea
Michael Ballack on Sky tonight #Costa is so much like Drogba, possibly the best target man in the world ...
-
'Balls'
Courtois, Dave, Cahill, Matic and Costa can drive us on for the next five years but I hope Lukaku stays and develops like Drogba.

Cech or Courtois?
Did anyone listen to Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's assessment of the kid last night ? Easily the best keeper in the world
