  1. A decent article on Penders, henceforth known as Pendo. BBC SportCould ball-playing Mike Penders become Chelsea's no1 goal...Chelsea's newest goalkeeping prospect, Mike Penders, is from the same production line that produced the legendary Thibaut Courtois.
  2. Rice looks absolutely shattered.
  3. A convert at last. And he finished it with a megs.
  4. US import tax.
  5. Toney has played well. 30 years old, playing in a crap league and still 10 times the centre-forward Jackson will ever be.
  6. Hydration break. Time for Tuchel to do his usual mad Martin O'Neil impression. Gesticulate wildly, talk at a million miles an hour, and run from player to player showing them bits of paper.
  7. The Tuchel experiment could be over tonight.
  8. Great header from Toney. Very unlucky.
  9. And they are rapidly catching up with the roast beef eating surrender Monkeys.
  10. Here we go 5-4.
  11. 4-0
  12. Deschamps could be sacked at half-time.
  13. It keeps getting better and better.
  14. Following the World Cup hopefully our Blueco sporting directors now know who Jon Stones is. Of course with these twats, that's not a given, but hopefully. Desailly was three weeks shy of his 30th birthday when he made his competitive debut for us. Tiago Silva was 35. Stones is 32 and is available on a FREE transfer. He is exactly what we need. Experienced, won it all, leadership qualities and always comes across as an intelligent thoughtful guy in his interviews. Just the role model our young players need. Why isn't this done and dusted already? Earth to Blueco, earth to Blueco, hellooo...
  15. Yeah!! Spot on BB and it's clear that Trump also has his big fat Orange hands on the levers that have brought this injustice on our Misha. Cozying up to his mad mate Putin and enabling the Russians to continue prosecuting an illegal war against Ukraine. The doping of Ukranian national hero Mudyrk has all the hallmarks of a KGB CIA combined Blackops mission. Boehly, does your head start to itch when you wear your tin foil hat for too long? Mine does.
  16. Wow! Combining Dutch and Geordie accents! Would love to see Steve McClaren have a crack that one.
  17. With you brother. We both keep the Luca Vialli "coifurre homme" styling alive. A timeless look that is strong, manly and, when needed, a bit intimidating. I am proud to say we are the complete opposite to Marc Cucurella. The Poodle headed dwarf.
  18. Loz I'm shocked. From where you come from I never dreamt you would be a Gingerist.
  19. You have to be positive. He could become one of our Ginger greats. Up there with David Hopkin and Steve Sidwell.
  20. Valentin. 5 foot 6 and a 1/2. Ginger. And ours. Will he be an Argentinian giant, (see the 5 foot 6 and 1/2 above), like our Captain Enzo? Or will he be a Veron flop? A Garnacho disaster? Will he help take us back to glory or will calling Jude Bellingham "a son of bitch" (in a game our Valentin never even got on the pitch), be the highlight of his career? We have to be hopeful that he could reach the heights of Nicky Butt. But probably not. Nicky Butt was 5 foot 9.
  21. You probably need to sit down to read this Scott. https://www.theguardian.com/football/2026/jul/17/gianni-infantino-fifa-reelection-more-than-200-countries-endorse-despite-balogun-scandal
  22. IMO point A has merit and is worth debating. But I certainly do not believe point B is true. That seems to have been borne out by the views of some of the players after the game. He did a proper Southgate my friend. Tuchel should watch a few episodes of Only Fools and Horses, and have this inscribed on a big board to carry around with him, "He who dares Rodney"
  23. I agree Val. And you can't just blame the migrants and the weather. Much more to it.
  24. BBC SportWorld Cup 2026: England squad debating Tuchel's tactics a...BBC Sport understands that Thomas Tuchel's defensive tactics in the World Cup semi-final defeat to Argentina are being hotly debated by the England squad.I don't remember seeing him on the touchline screaming at the players to get forward. He gave up any attacking impetus and threat we had with his substitutions until we went behind. Then he decided to go all Wimblebomb slinging balls into Toney and Burn up front. If Southgate had done it he would rightly have been distroyed again. On Tuchel 100% totally.
  25. Watching Argentina's come back last night a thought struck me. All the Argie players wanted it big time. Never gave an inch. Mentally tough. Worked their socks off. Got stuck in. Put it about a bit. sh*t housed at every opportunity. Garnacho is the total opposite of all that. On the pitch he plays a like a cross between Alan Carr without his glasses and a bored school girl. I don't believe he is Argentinian at all.
