I voted for DD but no one really, im just happy we played well as a team, great one touch passing at times, looks good for the future.

Now after the second goal we are playing like we played in the first 20.

I dont agree about Malouda, he seems to find DD more and more and J.Cole has been unpredictable.

Yeah the first 20 was really impressive, but after we scored all that good passing dissapeared.

I didnt see who passed to Drogba first time was it Essien or Malouda?

Why the hell is Viera in there? He didnt even play for a big part of the season due to injuries and he wasnt that good either. I think his days are over, Ibrahimovic should be in there instead of him.

Nobody said we should buy all these players. As i said i value strength dedication and discipline above "total football". I think the problems we had this season was only due to injuries and not JM or lack of good players. But i deffinately agree with Loz that we need one top class creative player in mf. It doesnt have to be one of the mentioned above, what about Arteta or Diego? Ballack is creative but he just lacks the pace.

Do you think its maybe cause we have been so dominant the last years that people are simply jealous, we have been the team to beat. We took the attention from united, there are a lot of haters in this world.

I dont know how it is with the acusations in other countries against their top clubs but surely every top club is doing the same thing Barca Inter Real Liverpool, not to even mention Bayern Munchen that spent like 75 million euros on players this summer. You have to do it in order to succeed Bayern have learned that since theyre failure in recent years.

Yeah i agree a blend would be nice but that means smart buying of players(and a bit of luck to) , just look at barca thats exactly what theyre doing. Barcas team totally lacked strength just one year ago, then they got Thuram Zambrotta Gudjohnsen Abidal Toure, and now they have a good balance between strength and creativity. Especially the buy of Toure was genius, hes really been great for them i think his almost Essien class. We have these kind of players(ours are better), so we should do the opposite: get a creative player, which they have an overflow of(not necceserally from Barca allthough i wouldnt mind Ronaldinho Messi or Iniesta.

I dont see us playing total football anytime soon, not with the players we got now. As for the youngsters it would be great off course but who says Ten Cate and his crew will stay here for that long, it all depends on how our first team is doing. Total Football is something that has to be learned from young ages and it envolves lots of technique training. I remember Ibrahimovic said that in Ajax they were training technique most of the time while in Juve they were doing alot more gym-training. Ibrahimovic weighed 80kg(dont know how much thats in pounds) when he left Ajax then went up to 97kg after one year in Juve, therefore he was much more mobile at Ajax while now he doesnt have as much use of that technique hence to lack of speed. That tells you alot about the different kind of players and abilitys thats needed to play total football. Anywhay our style of play wich involves alot of strength and dedication is usually more consistant, which was proven these years under JM. About Ten Cate being strict is only a positive for me, with discipline you can go along way. A good example of that is West Germany vs Holland 1974: http://www.dw-world.de/dw/article/0,214 ... 99,00.html I think it was in that game when Holland like dominated the first part of the game, the Germans barely touched the ball, totally outplayed. But when they finally got the ball they scored right away, thats discipline and dedication right there.

If you look at our creativity in midfield(lack of it) im welcoming Ballack back even though i hated him the whole of last season. Its the same deal with Lampard you dont appreciate him untill hes gone, it was obviously a big difference having him on the pitch wich we saw last game. This mf and frontline would i like to see if Ballacks back --------------Essien------------- ---------Ballack--Lampard----- -J.Cole------------------Malouda ------------Drogba-------------- Maybe its to offensive but offense is the best defense, just look at Barca.

Essien is probably the best allround player in the world, Kaka best offensive player. Selling Essien would be downright stupid, and the team ho gets him should be lucky, but that wont happen off course.

Okay but how about Sheva? What was Joe Cole like today? Sheva didnt do much allthough he didnt get much time, i thought J.Cole was very good today, showed some good dribbling skills. I think J.Cole looks better and better for every game.

Yeah i watched the game, great to see lampard back he made a big difference in midfield, he got my vote. Sidwell was very good in defense. The only thing i dont understand is why Grant put in Sheva for Malouda when we were up 1-0, its not like hes going to do much defensive work. But he did good later when Ferreira came in for J.Cole, Beletti moved up to midfield and looked very good in that position, he could as well play RM. The backline was very good, allthough Chech saved us at one time when i think Davies was clear. Pizzaro looked very good when he came in, won almost everything against Bolton defense, showed great passing skills, and good interaction with Lampard.

Thats exactly what i think, thats why the premier leage is much more fun to watch then serie a.

I wouldn't call him excellent, from our point of view maybe due to some decisions in our favour, my main gripe was him was he blew the whistle non-stop for even the slightest of touches. Broke up the game alot. Wish these European refs would just let games flow for f*cks sake Youre right i thought the ref was terrible, i was cursing him like every 2 min of the first half. After the equaliser i didnt pay much attention to it. I dont think any of the fouls against us were fouls, our players just needed to barely touch theirs so they would get a foul.

As i said before, if J.Cole and Malouda have a good game we will win. But they didnt really but was both envolved in the first goal, joe in the second to. Great passing by Maloda and Drogba and good positioning by Cole to score. Great pass by J.Cole and fantastic finish by Drogba. MOTM for me was between Drogba and Carvalho voted for Drogba. Once again much credit to Malouda for first goal to get back into the game and great by Joey on both goals.

That looks great, just hope Malouda and J.Cole have a good day.

It really means alot if Carvalho is healthy.
