Thailand All Stars v Chelsea (FR) 24/7/2011 KO 11:45 BST
Any one else think that Josh's absolutely fantastic turn in a much more attacking midfield role did him a lot of favours in sneaking closer to a starting position? He was immense. A long ball over the top for Sturridge who should've done better, superbly simple reverse-pass assist for Ivanovic's goal, I'm sure it must've been tempting to put Torres through, but Ivan's run was superb into acres of space, and just his general composure was superb. I wasn't counting, but there weren't many passes he misplaced today, not many at all. Across his whole 60-odd minutes, Josh was truly exceptional. I realize it's only pre-season, but I really think Josh is approaching the complete package.

The Shed End - 5 Years!
Can't help but think my time on the internet would be much shorter if it wasn't for The Shed End! Fantastic work on this site, been here for I think 3 years now, always felt welcome, some quality characters for a quality forum! Cheers Loz, Mod, coco, Gem and anyone who has ever contributed to the forum in any way, it really is a wonderful place!

The Shed End Fantasy Premier League 2011/12
I'm in. Code worked for me just fine. My team is very much reliant on AVB having faith in Sturridge and Torres coming good. I can feel it. This isn't my year.

Sergio Aguero hints at summer move to Chelsea
You're both wrong, Swansea are in desperate need of a striker to support Danny Graham. You know it makes sense.

I think it's true, most if not all of her demon attacks were in her head until possibly the last one. In the dinner scene (when the weird fluid comes out of the cake) she's freaking out and her boyfriend and his parents are really confused. Isn't there a giant bee/wasp in that scene? I forget, but yeah, a lot of it was all in her head.

That's crazy! I've seen a few things on Cracked that are brilliant with movies. This was one of the first things I ever saw of theirs, it's still superb, if you've seen Back To The Future (which I'm sure you have) you should see this: http://www.cracked.com/video_18203_why-back-to-future-secretly-horrifying.html

I really like that film! The story isn't the best, but it does keep the tension up a lot of the way through, and it's one of those films where you jump a mile, and then laugh a second later. It's really good.

Se7en! One of my favourite films of all time. I didn't care for Moon though. The first time I watched it I thought it was superb. I watched it again, however, I found it a bit tedious and dull.

Sturridge
Sturridge should be kept at all costs, but I disagree on the fact that we have "everything we need here." In Sturridge and Torres we have a very promising front 3, but I don't think Malouda/Kalou/Anelka/Drogba can fill the missing 3rd spot. We need a winger. I think Zhirkov could do very well out there, but I don't know if AVB sees him like that. A winger and Modric is necessary. If we succeed in getting those two, we may well be on to something.

Have just come back from seeing Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2 for the second time. It really is superb. The end of my childhood in film form. The first time I saw it I was too traumatised that it was the end to fully focus on it, the second time I was thinking far clearer and the film is actually brilliant. Still cried both times, mind.

- Sergio Aguero hints at summer move to Chelsea
I don't see Nasri going to Man City. Simply because he and Silva are far too similar players. They can both play on the wings but are far better in the middle, behind a striker. They're both incredibly skillful. I don't see how it'll work for them next year with both of them in the side.- CHELSEA v WYCOMBE WANDERERS
Not returned yet after the U21 Euro Championships!- CHELSEA v WYCOMBE WANDERERS
Nope. It was a repeat of an earlier episode. How lame. There may be one tomorrow?- CHELSEA v WYCOMBE WANDERERS
There's a Blues News tonight at 10pm, they may show the goals on there?- Luka Modric
He won't pick up a knock until it's announced he's a Chelsea player. Then every single thing he sees, from cars to duvets, will become deadly.- Shevchenko saves pitch invader from the police
Top man!- Luka Modric
'Arry's been on SSN again, just saying the same old stuff. £27m is way under his valuation, but £35m seems to be the number that should trigger Modric signing for us. The fact Spuds are off to South Africa tomorrow with Modric in tow doesn't help things, so this story will probably die down for a little while, but I don't know, we'll have to see. I still think it's only a matter of time before he signs for us.- The New Kit!
When I first saw this one, I was a bit mortified. But after seeing that edited picture of JT, I am warming to it. Again, it looks better on a person than hanging up. I doubt I'll buy it, but at least I won't have to avert my eyes every time we play in that kit!- Random Rumours
Not a town, but prime example:- Luka Modric
That hairdresser one is fantastic! Which Spuds forum is that? Fancy having a gander!- Essien injured?
That's exactly how I saw it. What a ridiculous response, no best wishes, just thinking about any financial gain.- Angel Di Maria
Madrid can't have Marcelo, Coentrao, Neymar and Di Maria down the left side. Di Maria may want to leave. I'd happily snap him up.- Anyone else starting to sense something big is coming?
I think so. The papers had Hiddink as the almost definite new manager, while AVB sort of disappeared into the backround. One article about how he's coming, the next day, he's ours. Maybe that's how AVB wants to work, keep things quiet, and then BAM we've signed Messi. - Sergio Aguero hints at summer move to Chelsea
