It is a beaut. Haven't bought one for a while now, as I generally can't condone shelling out for them, but I may make an exception here.

Why are you getting one with Kakas name? :P

Better to get it on a shirt than tattoo'd on your back I guess #mancityfail

Well i thought id like it ,but in the flesh ,not overly struck by it.....but ill see durinng the next few weeks, whether i will purchase it,or wait for the away shirt

I'm not that keen on it to be honest, i'd love us to go back to our proper royal blue shirts rather than the slightly lighter blue we have now, anyone else think the club should give us fans a vote on our new kits?

Great - thanks for the link, didnt know that site existed! and they have XL (it wouldnt be a pretty site me squeezing into a L !)

No problems - I quite want the Red/White Chequered kit but can't really justify spending £70 odd on it!

Hate the new kit!

It's the wrong shade of blue, there's too much white in the shirts, can't stand the Adidas stripes, and I hate any hoop design! Whoever is responsible for this kit design should be taken out and shot.

Yes, but apart from that....?

It's just as I originally worried...there is too much white on the shoulders.

The emphasis is all Adidas: The Brand With The Three Stripes. The players wearing the kit are just incidental to it's advertising value.

Not really overawed with it to be honest. But I always hate the new kit for the first few months.

I often hate the kit when I see it on the official site for the first time, but it usually looks much better when I see the players wear it in a match. Not this time. I think it looked even worse today. I'm not sure which looked worse, the kit or the team, though.

Totally agree - watching the game today i was thinking that Chelsea FC are an adjunct of Adidas. Way too much triple stripiness on the shoulders.

It's not the stripes that I hate, it's the excessive white around them.

Yeah I was thinking the same. Doesn't help when you are playing a team in white.

The thing is that all that white emphasises the three stripes, i.e. the puts over-emphasis on Adidas branding.
