José Mourinho Confirmed as Chelsea Manager!
Always found it funny when people constantly moan about Roman sacking managers so quickly and having no stability yet after a poor start after 5 games into the season people are calling for Mourinho to be sacked. Even more ridiculous when we won the League a couple of months ago and have the best manager in football who actually loves the club People need to understand that the Premier League is the most competitive League in the world and we are not going to win the League every season. Only us and Man Utd have won back to back League titles.

*Official* Pedro to Chelsea
Considering he had fall outs with a few of the Spaniards at Real Madrid it's quite interesting that since he's come back he's brought in Costa, Fabregas and Pedro in only two years
-
Willian
He offers us pace, acceleration, good at dribbling, great first touch, great at keeping the ball, great at linking up play, great work ethic, great engine, tracks back, great at starting counter attacks......
-
Diego "the guv'nor" Costa
Obvious he isn't fully fit yet but he still scored and set up 1 and people still find something to moan about While his technique isn't Hazard or Iniesta level it's still good enough. If people would actually watch full games of him you would soon realize that he's a very good dribbler and actually has a very good first touch most of the time. 2nd best striker in the League and top 5 in the world

Branislav Ivanovic - Your Views?
I know Mourinho has his favorites but he's not scared to drop them. Just ask A.Cole, Cech, Lampard.... I really can't see Ivanovic starting in our next game. He's been absolutely shocking in all 3 games this season.

*Official* Pedro to Chelsea
It's funny how City could end up paying over 100 million for Sterling and De Bruyne while we have bought a better player for just over 20 million

*Official* Pedro to Chelsea
David Villa, Cesc Fabregas, Alexis Sanchez, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Alex Song, Yaya Toure All players that performed better for other clubs than they did when playing for Bacelona The notion that Barcelona make players better then they are is complete bullsh*t Pedro has been a key player for possibly the greatest team of all time yet people think he will flop and isn't good enough?

Following Our Nearest & Dearest Rivals, 2015/2016
City will be paying over 50 million for De Bruyne and over 200k a week in wages Absolutely insane money!

*Official* Pedro to Chelsea
Have you spoken to the manager? What did he say? He is one of the main reasons why I’m here. He phoned me a few times and said he needed me to make the team stronger. He has won titles wherever he has been. I am really looking forward to playing under him and hopefully winning more titles. I loved this bit. It interests me how keen Fabregas and now Pedro were to play under Mourinho. They were both rivals in the past and Mourinho's style of football is very different compared to Tika Taka yet Mourinho has played a big part in bringing them to Chelsea Just shows how hugely respected Mourinho is in the footballing world. We are very lucky to have him

*Official* Pedro to Chelsea
Pedro, welcome to Chelsea. What are your first impressions of Cobham? It’s absolutely great here. I am really impressed with the facilities. All my new team-mates have been really nice and I can’t wait to start playing games here. I am so happy. How was training today? It was very intense, very physical. I am ready to start playing straightaway if the manager selects me. I am in very good shape because I have already played for Barcelona this season. Have you spoken to the manager? What did he say? He is one of the main reasons why I’m here. He phoned me a few times and said he needed me to make the team stronger. He has won titles wherever he has been. I am really looking forward to playing under him and hopefully winning more titles. You’ve been involved in a couple of Champions League semi-finals between Barcelona and Chelsea in the past. What do you remember of those ties, in 2009 and 2012, and playing at Stamford Bridge? They were hard matches for us. They were all interesting games but I have good memories from them. The fans never stopped. They always got behind the team. It was an incredible feeling and I want to have that experience as a Chelsea player now. The move gives you a chance to link up with Cesc Fabregas, a man you know well from both Barcelona and the Spanish national team. Did you speak to him before signing? You must be excited to be playing club football with him again… Yes, I spoke to Cesc. We are very good friends. I knew I would feel at home here and that was one of the main reasons why I decided to join. He’s a great player, he’s got brilliant vision and he links up really well with the other attacking players. I know we work well together on the pitch so I can’t wait to play with him again. I have also played with Diego Costa and Cesar Azpilicueta before, for the national team, so I feel very comfortable here. What qualities can you add to the team? I am very fast. I do everything possible to win. I have helped Barcelona win titles and I want to do exactly the same thing at Chelsea, because ultimately we are all here to win things. You are a versatile player. Do you have a preferred position in attack? Wherever I’m needed. Sometimes I play on the right, sometimes on the left, but wherever I play I will give my best. You’ve already won so much in your career and you said you want to win more titles here. Was the chance to experience a different football culture an important factor in your decision to come to Chelsea? Absolutely. I have watched many Premier League games and they look very different to the Spanish game, particularly much faster. I really want to enjoy being here and playing in this league. It’s a new challenge and I can’t wait to get going.

Kenedy
Kenedy has impressed Mourinho who intends to keep him with his senior squad to add to his attacking options. (Telegraph) That was from today

John Stones
Everton are interested in signing Inter Milan's captain and defender Andrea Ranocchia, according to Sky sources. Sky Sources also understood the Toffees will only move for Ranocchia if they agree to sell John Stones to Chelsea.
-
What changes would you like to see to our formation and positional set up?
................Courtois.................. Azpi.....Stones....Terry.....Baba ...........Zouma....Matic.............. ................Fabregas................. ..Pedro.......................Hazard.. ..................Costa...................
-
John Stones
Wouldn't surprise me if Jose has plans for Zouma at DM. If we sign Stones then it makes sense Zouma isn't great with the ball at his feet but Stones is brilliant with the ball at his feet, so when Stones brings the ball out of defence Zouma can slot in at CB and when were defending Zouma can sit deep with Stones and Terry/Cahill at CB Zouma has done an alright job when asked to play in DM and in the big games would give us much needed protection and would also help Matic and allow Fabregas to do his thing

*Official* Pedro to Chelsea
Barcelona are becoming like Madrid in the sense that there's bargains to be had each summer 50 million for Pedro and Fabregas...Can't complain! Then you have the likes of City paying over 100 million for Sterling and De Bruyne and Pedro is better than both of them
-
Pedro
Few rumors saying that Mourinho got Fabregas to persuade Pedro to join us

Random Rumours
Signings of AT LEAST three players approved by Roman Abramovich after sloppy start. (Mirror) There remains the possibility another forward-thinking player could be added if a suitor can be found for Juan Cuadrado. (Guardian) Mourinho indicated last Friday he was confident there'd still be “1 or 2” new arrivals, though that urgency has been heightened (Guardian) Roman Abramovich has indicated he is prepared to re-enter the transfer market. Any thoughts on team / club so far
We always used to start the season on fire, playing exhilarating football and smashing teams but we always used to burn out after Christmas and struggle after that It got me thinking about Utd under Fergie...they always used to start the season slow but after a while they picked it up and became unstoppable and went on to win the League Might be that Mourinho has tried an approach similar to Utd and Fergie to stop us from burning out

Branislav Ivanovic - Your Views?
To be fair to Ivanovic he didn't exactly get a lot of protection from Ramires today
-
I think he's lost the dressing room.
He's lost the dressing room yet we have just given him a new 4 year contract? People these days

It's not just the defense i'm worried about. We ain't creating f**k all chances and we didn't against Swansea either. Something really isn't right We looked all over the place against Swansea and we also look all over place today
