Official Thomas Tuchel *Now Sacked*
Weird feeligns when Im being told going up 5 points on our top 4 rivals in half a season was a task too far......but we should seriously contemplate dropping 17+ more points than the relegation sitting teams in the same time frame....?

dont worry when I see your name you come across as really speechless to me ?

Jorginho is.... (well now was) a Blue
...you should put that right back where you found it before anyone else notices 😛

I thought everyone was just speechless after their names....some more speechless than others.......

Well, if we got Wenger instead of Tuchel we'd probably have even surpassed those metrics while still collecting just the one point. Im not digging at Tuchel as he literally just got here.....Im just beyond amused at those who think we saw something tangibly different on the pitch today from what was happening before Tuchel got here..... I guess a lot more touches to get to the same result? Edit: and by same result I don't mean just the draw, but the uninspiring performance.

Chelsea v Wolves (PL) Wed 27th Jan 2021 18:00 GMT
Im not going to go on as the manager hasnt had anytime......Im just not sure what I saw now is much different from what got Lampard sacked aside from a little more effort it seemed from some players. Again.... Tuchel has had no time.....Im just saying I dont see this measured improvement some talk about....I hope to, because honestly we'd all rather see CFC succeed than not no matter how angry we are over Lampard's treatment.....just havent yet, and that totally makes sense in the circumstances.

Mason Mount
You're referring to the game where Mount played with Kovacic and Kante in the middle and was rated by many of being the best of the 3 and the only real driving force going forward aside from Pusilic? The game where Mount won us a penalty, and Jorginho failed to convert it? Just checking we are referring to the same Arsenal game Mount played in.

Mason Mount
was it everything you had hoped for?

Fikayo Tomori
Let's crowd fund to afford someone to get Lampard out on the night and drunk and get those stories flowing.....

Antonio Rudiger
Nope, but they can totally find "other reasons" to isolate you, make you train with youth, get sent on loan, delay contract extensions etc etc etc if you catch my drift.

Danny Drinkwater
There's a sh*t storm-a-brewin, Randy!

Danny Drinkwater
His biggest contribution to Chelsea, and the only real talking point he has ever given to our fans.

Super Frank Lampard
Don't know who made a bigger mistake. The board room or the dressing room. Think there is going to be some rude awakenings.

Super Frank Lampard
Why because Sarri finished top 4 in his first season when he got to bring in the player(s) he really wanted and we still had the best player in the league, and Frank only managed top 4 in his first season after we lost said best player in the league, were under a transfer ban, and transformed our team brining in several youth. If Sarri was 10x the manager he'd either still be here with multiple additions to the trophy cabinet, or at least have left a few titles in his wake before leaving. I will say if we a re going with a 10x theme.....Lampard has done 10x more at Chelsea than Sarri. Lampard's big signings are admittedly struggling to get firing, but Sarri's have been firmly placed on the bench for some time now....and who did Sarri bring through from our academy? Someone mentioned how we play now under Frank is some what reminiscent of under Sarri...sadly, I got to agree. Thought it myself a few times watching our team essentially play pass in a U shape (across the back line and up one wing, back down the wing, back across the back line, up the other wing....and repeat). Thing is if people are here supporting Sarri (or saying he was treated too harsh) then I am gob-smacked why they would think a manager who has helped deliver what we want for ages (bringing in academy players), actually did better imo given the harder circumstances, and just so happens to be a club legend who bleeds blue.....why would it be confusing that person is getting more support than someone who clearly held no attachment to the club or it's fans, and really achieved nothing more except finishing one spot higher in the top 4 (both qualify for CL....I see the difference between 3rd and 4th as existing, but not massive enough to consider one clearly better than the other without considering the context of the seasons)? They both got another season after what they did in their first.....beyond that, I have and can list multiple reasons why Lampard would get better treatment/more time.....Im waiting for a reason for Sarri other than he finished top 4 his first season,,,, just like Frank. TBF I think the time I was a brand new member here coincides with my peak credibility on here..... but that might just be me 😉

I looked chigo deep dish pizza type deep.....it's still 5 points. People acting like no way to come back from 5 points...."what do you expect the teams above us to drop enough points" as if in a context where the top team has still lost or drawn well over a third of their games ...the best performing team.....we cant expect points being dropped. Really? First quarter of the season it was Frank talked about as challenging for title, and OGS out as inept. A quarter of a season later it's reversed ...... and in half a season that dynamic cant change again? Im not saying I expect to be challenging for the title....TBH, I've thought that was well premature and a bit more of fantasy than reality anytime it was talked....dont care what was spent. We know you dont win the league by spending the most... but if you think top 4 is already gone.....well explain to me how MUFC got from their start to top of the table in half a season, and how 5 points is now too much to overcome for the second half.- Super Frank Lampard
He needs to just do a ton of 1 touch passing and pressing drills. It seems our CB's are the only ones who touch the ball while in possession while not being on the sidelines. Too predictable. Too slow. Too sideways. Same with out pressing. It reminds me of people in practice doing enough to appear they are trying, but dialing it in still with no real intensity. Night and day difference to watch our pressing versus some opponents like Leicester. Not enough people running off the ball. It's like they know where they are supposed to be on the pitch, and mainly just wait there. There's no space on the pitch our attacking players should be aside from where there is space to receive the ball....ie, they shouldn't be standing still until a freaking whistle blows regardless if we have the ball or not. One year we were city champions (not football) it was because, as our coach told us, "I think you're the most talented team/roster in the league.....but that's not why we are going to win. We're going to win because we are going to be the team that's the best drilled, and hardest working just incase a team with a bit more talent pops up we will still win because we will have wanted it & prepared for it more." And we ran and drilled our asses off......and it paid off. I think we were the most talented team in the league, and that despite that it was the coaches' method and not our talent that won it all end of the day. Too much standing around on or off the ball. Not enough smart energy being spent in the press. These aren't talent issues. These are application issues. Frank needs a to ring up SAF and ask to borrow the hairdryer.- Leicester v Chelsea (PL) Tues 19th Jan 2021 20:15 GMT
As I recall he wasnt the last Leicester man back..... would another Leicester player have gotten between Pusilic and the goal? I actually doubt it, but they were in a line and Evans (who is still a c**t) had his whole backline pretty level with him on the edge of the box. I actually didnt see the yellow and was livid, so glad to hear it was given....and I would never begrudge a Jonny Evans sending off regardless of its merits.- Leicester v Chelsea (PL) Tues 19th Jan 2021 20:15 GMT
exactly what I was thinking...he was miles off what I begrudgingly remembered (woulda remembered right away had it been Werner doing it and us scoring. Funny how bias works )- Following our Nearest & Dearest Rivals 2020/21
Hard to imagine he's had the same impact in a season or so as CR7 had at MUFC during his whole spell there.- Reece James
I let them run for their freedom first, and then once that tires them out they are easier to contain.- Super Frank Lampard
He has earned time.- Reece James
Azpi playing 3 games a week these days is going to be like me trying to please multiple women...... it's not going to go down well, and their very well could be some disastrous errors due to fatigue.- Welcome Hakim Ziyech
I've always advocated football should have assists like hockey (last two passers get an assist)- Kai Havertz
Talent like this? we'd never be able to afford this guy...... - Super Frank Lampard
