Ok totti has done some stupid things in his career but he is a true gentleman of the game , when roma were almost destroyed by debt he got money from all the players and his own money to pay the youth squads wages, also a great story is that tottis child goes to a private school and every day totti drops him to school and every day he talks to this old janitor a "joe soap" if you will, this janitor is a juve fan and himself and totti would have debates about roma/juve and have a few jokes, after one game roma beat juve 3-1 and the next monday he turned up at the school and talked to the janitor he asked him"what did you think of the game" the janitor replied "oh not so good, was not what i wanted", totti turned around and said "here maybe this will cheer you up" and handed the janitor(who he only knows from seeing him in the morning) del pieros jersey from said roma v juve game. What im trying to say is what chiipy referred to why do we need to constantly compare managers carlo has the team attacking and entertaining much more than they ever did under Jose, of course im grateful for what he did here but it gets a bit much why not judge Carlo on what he does instead of "if Jose was in charge we'd have the title a long time ago". And surely carlo would be a much better ghost with his condescending eyebrow. :) And on the idea of 2-0 and 1-0 wins not being good enough of course they are but sometimes its nice to see the team push on ala 3 games this season to mention 7-2, 7-1, 7-0 please sir can i have some more............................. ......more you ask!!!!

If we win the two trophies on offer this month will Carlo finally put to rest Joses ghost which has been haunting the club since he left?? Every manager we have had since Jose(not in any way taking away from what he did for us) has been compared to him quiet justifiably i must say so if carlo does indeed lift the double will we stop talking about Jose and start to realise that carlo is indeed a fine manager who has turned us into an attacking, entertaining team (which is very un-italian like) scoring the 2nd highest amount of goals in europes traditional "big" leagues (after Ajax) which is something Jose never really accomplished with his 1-0 or 2-0 lead was enough to shut up shop? And yes Carlo has struggled for ideas in certain games but with another summer to get players to fit his idea for the club in the future and the promotion of some of our youngsters.....its going to be an interesting summer :D
