Agree 100%, my only fear is that whoever is holding the Bayern purse strings, has just bumped up the price, or, at least justified the 40 million tag rumoured based on that performance.

Got mine as well...thought there was a mistake at the box office £82.00 for 5 tickets!!!....now that takes me back, 10p on the bus, penny sweets, etc :lol: Bought one for a friend who supports Palace from their box office on the same day and his hasn't arrived yet.

I would be happy to see one or two young players come though, blended with maybe two new signings. I think bringing too many young players through on the back of last seasons double, will put too much pressure on the youngsters to produce the same results. I fear the press and a maybe some of our own fans could break their confidence, by condemning the slightest blip in performance next season, if we do not replace some of our losses with experienced players.

I think I will get used to the idea as long as this is not our only signing before the window closes.

I would hope that Ashley Cole has actually got some friends and not the ones made up by the Daily Star. If he has they should be advising that whilst the prospect of running away from it all when things are tough to make a fresh start is appealing, it is time like these when you need your friends and some familiar ground around you....plus the odd lap-dancer of course.

I was talking to some South Africans earlier in the year and they told me the noise stays with you after you leave the ground and you can still hear them at work the following day!

I had to ring the Box Office last week and was told that the Season Tickets have been allocated and would be sent out in the next couple of weeks....so am guessing that applies to memberships as well.

Just saw a reference to it on the official website...very diplomatically worded as usual.

On the official website: 'Details of how new applicants can apply for a season ticket, the UK away scheme and the UEFA awat scheme will be released no later that Friday (May 28)' Along with dodgy spelling!

My apologies for the huge delay in my reply :D !!! I have not bought a shirt from this site, the reason I thought of them, was that they have had a shop in Carnaby shop for years and were selling International shirts, when there was not really anywhere else to get them. So I can vouch for them being around for a long time if nothing else!

You will need to keep a close eye on the website (I think an email is sent out to members as well)...this normally announces the number of points required for a season ticket. This will vary based on the number of season tickets that become available. I think the season tickets were offered to members with 67ish loyalty points last year on a first come first served basis....might be an idea to write out your application letter now, as you dont get much time to get them in.
