Frawdulant got a reaction from gurru991 in Liam Rosenior - Chelsea Head Coach *Now Sacked*As far as I’m concerned, for as long as we recruit another head coach instead of a manager, we are doomed to the same cycle.
Strap in the future is bleak.

Frawdulant got a reaction from Sexyfootball in Chelsea vs Aston Villa (PL) Saturday 27th December 17:30 GMTNot sure he’ll survive this one. That said it’s new ownership so you never know, but this feels very game over to me.

Frawdulant got a reaction from The Rising Sun in Cole Palmer signs for Chelsea!Really worried about Cole. After the match he wasn’t celebrating with the team, he was a bit of a lone figure. Then in all the videos and pictures of celebrations post-match he’s either at the back or out of the way. I really hope he’s not already on his way out.

Frawdulant got a reaction from dkw in Chelsea v Manchester City, (pre-season), Sat 3rd Aug 24, 2245 GMTWhat part of Djilobodji’s 2 minutes during injury time and Hectors zero minutes reminds you of Tosin?

imo, you guys are way too harsh on the kid.

Frawdulant got a reaction from Blue Pete in Enzo Maresca - Chelsea "Head Coach" *Official NOW SACKED*You might be taking the comment a little more personally than is warranted. I’m talking about the posts as a whole as opposed to any individual. More than half of these comments would have been posted whether it was McKenna, RDZ, Frank or even Xavi for that matter. That’s endemic of how spoilt the fan base have become. Never happy, always negative. What happened to cheer us on through the sun and rain. What happened to getting behind the manager and being the 12th man? Because all I can see is a thread with 90% of messages throwing hate on a manager who hasn’t even signed yet, has had zero opportunity to stake his claim and all that breeds is people looking for any flaw to fulfill their own confirmation bias who’ll end up jumping down his throat 2 minutes into his career. How can anyone succeed with that kind of mentality from their fan base, it’s the sheer definition of toxicity. The media do enough of that without us adding to the circus.

This...100% Most are adding a bit more tinder to the fire with every post. I'm surprised ppl haven't sent him hate msgs yet. Lol
I haven't been online much this season but I've managed to finish the 3 or 4 threads about poch and his replacement (still not signed yet when posting this) but jeez guys!
The doom and gloom gets worse every year. I know as Brits, it's in our blood to moan but as posted above the tone being set before he's even signed up is just sad/mad imho. Maybe a sprinkle of hope and dash of optimism is needed and try and look at the positives he may bring.
In rgds to the Leicester forums. I suggest ppl check the posts their fans posted when they won the league instead of the most recent ones of him leaving.
Also...
1) maybe he organised Leicester to play a style that suits their limits. He has much better talent at Chels, lets see what he does with them.
2) I've seen Leicester's stats vs West Brom on 2 or 3 separate threads, even his last few games that were off and other teams caught up with them...a head coach can have a slump, they still won the league though.
3) cheer up guys, we had an amazing run with roman but now we have new owners that have thrown the book out the window and trying something new and absolutely insane. It's a 4yr project right.
4) I understand why poch was let go. He wanted more input over players, but did he really deserve it with the results we had this season and how long it took him to adapt/change! I'm hoping they follow the arsenal route if and only if the new guy shows progress, then maybe give him some input after a couple of seasons in charge (if he is our long term project coach and says that long that is).
5) These kids needed poch for their first season to nurture them, I'm on the fence wether the second season should be more of that or time to get a proper tactical coach. I didn't want poch to go because of stability and the way he nurtures young talent but he is not a crazy tactical genius that will win us trophies imho (pep, klippy, tuchel, etc). I hope the kids are ready.
6) can't remember 6....d**n kids!
We need a positive thread on this forum guys.

Frawdulant got a reaction from Simplymo in Enzo Maresca - Chelsea "Head Coach" *Official NOW SACKED*I fully understand the frustration and where it comes from. In my original message I make clear I’m not happy with the potential appointment.
My point is about how people are going on about it. Of course fans should voice their discontent. But as I’ve said some of these posts are ridiculous. I’m sure a lot of it is a defense mechanism so that fans can say “I told you this would be a disaster” when/if ends up that way but it all just becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. We have to believe, we have to have faith. We have to get behind our club. Without it we’re doomed before we start, regardless of who’s in charge.

Just goes to show how spoilt we’ve become as a fan base. You’d think the past couple of season might have humbled us.

Frawdulant got a reaction from Simplymo in Next Manager (post Poch)I know exactly what you mean! I feel the same and probably why I’m more interested than desperate but I honestly think his style of play would bring the best out of some of our players.
-
I'm sure come the new season we will all be behind the new coach 100%. Right now my frustration of us replacing Poch, who was just starting to look to be getting things on the right track, and replacing him with a relatively unknown - it's beyond frustrating. It's baffling to put it mildly.
Only time will tell........................

There are going to be some very red faces on here when we stroll to the quadruple next season.
Maresca the best young manager on planet Earth.
COME ON CHELS!

Can't disagree with any of that.
