Anyone else think this deal is dead? I honestly feel we have told Porto where to go.

Presume we play a highish line with the correct attitude, Modric isnt a complete attacking midfielder, Wouldnt leave much space for a defensive midfielder. I know Modric gets forward, But i mean like he wont constantly be going forward, He likes to get the ball from deep.

People like him wont ever have the buzz that we all enjoyed that night, It's easy to hate the way we won it, But i dont think any chelsea fan gives two sh*ts about. Until you win it, Its easy to say how it should be won, But when you do win it, You truly dont give a f**k how.

Our wages have gone down a huge amount considering the players that have gone (Alex, Anelka, Kalou, Drogba, Bosingwa) Perhaps a few more will leave too. Plus i read that after the CL win we can basically spend £100m without worrying about the FFP. So basically the CL win has massively helped us for the future
