The Spurs win has just knocked the confidence i had for this game.

Benayoun contract runs out in the summer he wont be here next season they cant sell him because of his wages.Marin we signed before we won the CL thinking we weren't going to win the CL and Marin was always a gamble considering his injuries and form for the last 2-3 seasons. De Bruyne has only played 1 season out the Belgium league they may feel he needs another loan,either way he improves and we reap the benefits in the future same with Lukaku.They wont sell KDB we chased him for a while, and hes showing at Werder Bremen why we bought him.The club policy seems to be to buy more 19-21 year olds and loan them out before we use to buy them more at 16-17.

I dont see De Bruyne as a natural winger though he prefers to play more central and he doesnt have the speed Schurrle has.

Agreed, didn't like what i read yesterday from Ancelotti saying that they are interested in Capoue. Maybe we should permanently play Luiz as a DM and buy a CB in the summer.

Also Schurrle is not a lazy winger he tracks back alot,he does his defensive duties.The only thing that annoy me a little about Schurrle is sometimes he shoots too much generally because he does have fantastic shot on him.To be fair we could do with a player who shoots outside the box more apart from Frank i feel sometimes we try and walk the ball in the net.

You make it sound like we are signing Andy Caroll,Schurrle is a good player with alot of potential i don't see any negatives about this signing.
