January 7, 201114 yr When relegation loomed, you had the shed full of singing voices proud no matter what. When financial calamity loomed, you had people collecting money in buckets for "save the bridge" campaigns. These things were before my time, but I at least have the sense to know when times or bad vs. when times are really, actually bad. Who are these people? I would prefer we werent owned by a Chelsea fan, a fan simply wouldnt be able to make decisions without being able to emotionally distance themselves. What does an owner knowing about football gain us? I would prefer an owner who admits to a lack of knowledge and surrounds himself with those that do know, and the best of those if possible. And those pictures are an obvious set up, pathetic work.
