Managed to get into the main building and into the room which would be Jose's office. Loads of practice pitches dotted around the site. The first team were training and noticed lots of flashy cars in the car park. I think there was a couple of Bentleys.
February 25Feb 25 Posted many times before. The transport then is very different from that used nowadays. Looks like a Bedford van.
February 26Feb 26 Saw this on a Bolton Wanderers fan blog about them getting chased back to their coaches after the game at The Bridge only to find Chelsea were sat in their coach waiting for them !! ""We were getting chased all over outside the ground going back to the coaches and when I finally made it back to our coach the cheeky bastards were sat on it waiting for us. Come on then you northern c**ts was the cry as they ran down OUR COACH at us, im not too sure what happened but I do remember the back window getting smashed by them as they chased the coach through the streets. Also remember picking up a few lads who were getting chased as we drove down the streets, eeeeeeeeeeeeeeh it were fun in them""

Did that many a time at the Bridge and also at concert venues. I know buying online tickets can be a pain but very different from queuing in the rain and sometimes overnight. At least nowadays you can buy tickets from home, work etc.I read the other day that the Foo Fighters are doing some gigs in the U.K. and Ireland and you have to go to the venues to buy tickets.
February 27Feb 27 We used to walk through the passage by the block of flats opposite the mansions onto the Fulham Road early Sunday mornings. , only to see a massive fecking queue every time!

I was about 20th in the queue and we expected to be there all night. Eddie Barnett then turned up and said they had decided to open the ticket office early. Saved queueing up all night. On the way back to Fulham Broadway Station and bumped into a couple of fellow Chelsea fans and gave them the good news that the ticket office had happened early. They were happy as you can imagine.Eddie Barnett, that's a blast from the past.
