Well deserved and quite a display today/tonight! Arguably the best National Team since Brazil 1970 and even then... Glad to see Torres and Mata get on the score sheet tonight! Hope this will carry over this coming season... Nando's pass to Mata was fantastic! Both have FA and Champions League winners to their names and now the Euro! Quite a year! The Spanish team can surely play! Congrats! Now only if the economy can perform a third as well!

big disappointment to me. anti-climax. the games started well and on the course of it I started to lose my interest. i watched the final till Alba's goal

good to see Torres taking the golden boot and Mata scoring but that is it.

Congratulations to Spain. I must admit that due to my Pirlo/Buffon bias I was supporting Italy (who were really quite unlucky) but Spain's performance was utterly brilliant, comfortably the best team performance in the tournament and one we will be talking about for years to come. There has never been an England team that could even come within touching distance of this Spanish team.
