I don't know how he kicked a ball in professional football after what he did to probably the best Centre Half we had until JT hit the scene.

An absolute disgrace he made a living out of the game.

Dean Saunders, playing for Liverpool at the time don't forget, steamed two-footed, broke Paul Elliott's leg and ended his career. Saunders wasn't even booked. Paul Elliot later failed in a bid for compensation, incurring £500,000 worth of legal fees in the process.

 

Dean Saunders, like Emlyn Hughes, is a Liverpool legend.

 

Not that I'd wish the same fate on Saunders as Emlyn Hughes. Suffice it to say that I didn't shed a tear when he died, and that relegation is far better than that c**t Saunders deserves.
