I need your adv ice, Krc. I have always in my head pronounced Kevin De Bruyne's name - Bruine - to rhyme with Queen - like it would be in French.

But I hear tonight's commentators calling him Broyne ( to rhyme with groin) or the even make it sound like Bryan!

What is the correct way to pronounce his name, please , my wee Belgian friend?

Yesyes, I know I'm not your wee Belgian friend, but he's probably somewhere celebrating :-)

I can't think of an English equivalent of the pronuncation, but a combination of Broyne and Brian is about right. Certainly not as in queen!
