Would love to see him get a chance in our team, though that's a long shot I expect. Hopefully he gets to have a career somewhere though, poor sods been through bad times.

He really was a gem, sad things turned out like this. 

Still only in his mid 20s, so he can still have a career. Unfortunately, I can't ever see it being at the top level, but I guess if you have been through so much adversary,  the level of play is only a secondary concern. The first and most important thing is to be able to kick a ball again.

Interesting details about what he's been through, basically setback after setback and the worst luck possible. He sounds like he has a top mentality and is finally fit, so it will be interesting to see how he does in the future.

If he's fit, I'd wager he'd be a more productive winger than any of the current lot ... and apparently he'll pay for free as well ! What's not to like ... :-)
