Reporter: What about for you personally, John? You played every minute of every game. Only a few years ago people were talking about you not being able to play twice in a week.

Terry: One person said I couldn't play twice in a week. He knows who he is. I've not only proved him wrong but everyone wrong. I'm still fighting, I'm still in the side, I'm feeling great. More importantly I've got great players and great management around me.

Which he certainly didn't have under the interim.

Which brings in to question the reaction of the ref to the assault on Oscar, & FA non-action of reviewing the incident after the game,   good example of leadership & authority.

but it gave the fa a chance to give CFC some criticism they quickly leveled at our medical staff. I agree w/ Ashley Cole's description of the fa

You are certainly right there Robdog.

Just finished reading through the thread since the moment the final whistle went yesterday. Loved reading everyone's reactions!

What a day. Unfortunately I've never been there on the day when we clinched any of our other titles, so to be present on Sunday was just amazing. I managed to get a ticket in the Shed Lower where I rarely sit, and I must say the atmosphere was great. Pretty much non-stop, felt like an away game at times, especially in the concourse at HT. It was tough to watch at times in the 2nd half, unfortunately I'm a nervous, emotional wreck whenever we are playing, so as you can probably all imagine I was rather relieved at the final whistle! I noticed the sun unexpectedly started to shine in the second half too, quite fitting really for us.

Had a good laugh as well after the game with the boys. A couple pints in White Horse on Parsons Green where we've been going for close to 20 years now, then up to the Finborough Arms for a good sing-song. Unfortunately we were forced to leave because the bar had literally been drunk dry! Not the first time it's happened with Chelsea either, might I add *Belushi's - Gare Du Nord*  . Finally we managed to get a selfie with Chelsea's Player Liaison Officer on the King's Road haha!

So all in all, a pretty unforgettable day. Can't wait to watch us lift the trophy in a couple of weeks time too. Get in there Chelsea! KTBFFH, One Step Beyond.

Top all season, won 75% of our games, two defeats all season, best defence, second best attack, best player in the country, best manager in the world, unbeaten at home, unbeaten against the top 4, on course to reach 90 points and 13 points clear of the field.

Give me boring every day of the week.

I've stolen that to send to my sad brother, mate - fine sentiment, expertly expressed :)

Well done to the team and in particular, a prince amongst men, John terry.the best centre half that played for Chelsea by a country mile.now let's prove ourselves in Europe.

One sad note in all the celebration, jimmy greaves.one of the best strikers that ever played the game, that came our way, fighting for his life .not trying to piss on our parade, just a bit of perspective.
