Hi guys, 

 

My dad is a massive Chelsea fan and I sent away a card to Chelsea for any player to sign. I've received the card back with a signature but I don't have a massive knowledge of football! Would anyone be able to identify this signature for me please? :)

Lordy, I'd ask the club who signed it as you'd like to drop them a thank you note, that way you can find out politely.

I searched on ebay and can't find anything like it so it might be a youth player? Closest I got was Oscar doing that 7 looking thing on the right but the left doesnt match up

Looks like it was signed by Rod, the janitor.

Could it be Falcao? RF for Radamel Falcao with the F backwards for whatever reason.

The first letter looks a bit like the R in Ruben Loftus Cheek's signature based on this image, but the rest doesn't.

I really hope it's not an academy player because if their signature is already this bad so early in their career....

I imagine the staff members are pretty familiar with each player's signature, so they'll probably be able to tell you.

Doesn't look like Pato based on pictures of his other autographs.

It would be a funny (and difficult!) game to get a list of autographs and guess who they're from.

I looked up Pedro's signature to see if it might be him and came across this.

Methinks it's futile to speculate about specific letters in the signature. Look at Guardiola and Busquet
