Didn't see him play for Rangers, but he was an absolute superstar in his time with us. Disagree with the bloke who wrote the tribute to him you posted above, who described him as 'crafty and industrious'. Talk about damning with faint praise. He was as skilled a passer of the ball as England has ever produced. People who didn't appreciate his talent have no understanding of football.

Such a sad loss. 

A bit different but yet again Vitesse Arnhem has produced a  shirt to mark Operation Market Garden in 1944. The shirt is in the colours of the Airborne Division. It's a superb gesture and well done to the club and its supporters.
