He doesnt have to start. Both players will do a lot of running and wont be able to play all their games. He started at left back against real madrid with mendy injured and can easily do the same if walker is injured, fatigued or out of form

Then he obviously knows very little about his new manager as at Munich and Barcelona he rarely changed his teams unless it was due to an injury. So Danilo is going to be on the bench waiting for an njury, then when the player is fit again he is back on the bench.

dkw, strongly disagree, Guardiola rotate the squad a lot. Especially in Bayern and now in City. If Danilo is good and fit Guardiola style, he will play a lot, thats sure.
