Inspired by Tom's thread, I thought it'd be interesting to see what people come up with, knowing we've sold some great players over the past few years.

Mine would be

Courtois; Azpi, Luiz, Cahill; Alonso; Moses; Kante, De Bruyne; Hazard, Mata; Costa

Only two changes but other people may include Lukaku, Salah etc in their line up.

 

So.. Oscar, Ramires, Marin, Di Santo, Stoch would still be on our books? 

All joking aside, I'd pick a 4-3-3 with a holding DM.

Courtois; Azpi, Luiz, Rudiger, Alonso; Kante, Matic, Fabregas; Hazard, Morata, Robben

I'd like to include Costa and De Bruyne but while Costa has his days, he also breaks down our attacks more than he scores and De Bruyne has days where he vanishes from games. 

We have sold many great legends in our club and yet we are on good shape on winning trophies, we can't be compared with other teams now, we have a great manager who knows how to work with his players and brings his own ideas on the pitch, motivate the players, and work hard together on achieving everything. Eg last season we won the league title with 93 points his first trophy

    I'm going to be extremely controversial, but I geninuenly think Conte could get the best out of this team.

I'd swap Torres for Di Santo without a second thought. Goal machine. 

Torres gets the nod for me. Better value for money :}

You kid about Torres but he was being prepped to be converted into a winger/wide forward in 14/15 and I think he would've done a good job, I honestly would've liked to have kept him than buy Cuadrado.

Robben and Crespo should be in any players we sold team...

Was so shocked when I realised Sidwell is 34. 34!!!

I've looked at this thread and their are a few contributors that surely can't read, when did we sell Eden Hazard, Morata, Kante, courtouis, Rudiger, they are still here.

It's basically asking what your team would be with both current players and sold players. So you can use current players
