WAOW. I would have assumed that Mount was up for the number 8. 

Yeah give the iconic number 8 to a midfielder who scorers once in a blue moon. Lol.

Certainly shows what we think of Baka, Drinkwater, Ross and Batman don't it.

Gotta feel for Ross, know he's not good enough but it must still suck to lose your number when you're still in the squad

It was. He should have switched to 99, the number of shots he needs to take to score a goal lol.

Lukaku will get #9 once Tammy's moved out.

I doubt Kova has had 99 shots on goal in his entire career LOL

I'm surprised we have room in the squad for both Chalobah and Ampadu.

4 goalkeepers is interesting ... I wonder if that means we are still trying to move Kepa on and see Bettinelli as the #2 and young Bergstrom as the #3 ?

With Lukaku, it is still 28 players, which I'd say is 3 too many !

Mendy leaves for African Cup of Nations midway through this season so presumably Kepa becomes #1 whilst he's away wtih Bettinelli as back up with Bergstrom retained for the season in case of an absolute emergency. 

I'm not convinced that Ampadu will be here this season, not with Chalobah's sudden emergence. I just don't see him getting any minutes with us.
