No doubt you'll be after Evan Ferguson now.

This EXACTLY! Honestly the team put out against City was SO inferior, do people think ANY manager in the world would outplay / outperform that Manchester City team with the players we had playing! We now have to play City away with our second string (and our first string is inferior to City's) I hope people realise this before jumping all over Potter!
January 7, 20233 yr I don’t blame potter for the City performance. I think that was more indicative of our squad strength and stupidity in the transfer market. 1. Spending big on players like Kepa ( a complete unknown) in a summer when Allison was available. Not giving conte what he wanted in lukaku only to buy him a few windows later 2. Spending big on CC when there were cheaper options available with similar quality and not using that money to invest in a DM which the squad has been crying out for ages. 3. Spending on Auba - a player who wasn’t good enough for frckinh arsenal when they finished 5th 4. spending 80 mil on a raw player to replace probably one of the best CBs in the league last season Potter has made strange decisions but with 10 players injured I don’t blame him for the city loss.
