Chelsea v Norwich (PL) 04/05/14 KO 16:00 BST
Its not the fact that we would lose, its simply because we don't deserve it and it would be a complete good hiding. I think we needed a trophyless season to actually underline ten times over everything that is fundamentally wrong with the squad. If we bullsh*tted our way through the Champions League, we would still be struggling next season because we would still be overconfident and cocky. Consider this our team coming back down to earth with a bang. I hope this wipes out some of the egos too (like Hazard, who thinks he is bigger than the team). We need a bloody good sort out in the summer! I have faith in Jose but he has his work cut out for him.

I do not think it has been an over reaction at all. Before I begin, people can question my loyalty as much as they want. If you enjoy watching mediocre football coming from your team, that is your business. When lower table bottom feeders and Championship quality sides give us grief, that's a massive problem don't you think? Transitional my arse. Experimental more like. Oscar has (besides true occasional flash of brilliance) been dipping steadily all season. I'm tired of it. There are players who've been equally as busy as him who have played infinitely better. I say, bring in Mario Götze from Bayern Munich and give them Oscar. As for a good partner for Matic, bring in Sami Khedira. He would be a fantastic addition to our directionless midfield. Dude. We would have not only lost, it would have been a full on flogging. Real Madrid are not just another level above us, they're easily 2 or more. They boast the most complete midfield and attack in the world at the moment.

Diego Costa to Chelsea
Yeah, this is a bit of a worry if I'm honest! I knew he had a short fuse, but not that short. He would definitely have received a 4 game ban for that on a retrospective, if not straight red. Maybe Cavani, Mandzukic and Lukaku would be a wise combination? Or Cavani, Lavezzi and Lukaku...

Alright, maybe 2 not 3. We definitely need a new partner for Matic. That's a given. What about that central role behind the striker? ie: the central attacking position. This needs filling rather urgently too. Its clear that Oscar isn't up to standard to fill that position. He is rather sheepish when it comes to it and winds up bottling it when it matters.

I wasn't saying get rid of Salah, just to clarify, more pointing out how ineffective he was today. I think a clear out is definitely in order. I'm sorry, but if its not working, it needs fixing. I'm kinda glad we didn't get to the CL final in a way. Real Madrid would have duffed us heavily with the lack of quality we have in midfield and up front. We need at least 3 new players in midfield alone, let alone the complete overhaul we need up front.

Chelsea v Norwich (PL) 04/05/14 KO 16:00 BST
Exactly. Anybody who accuses me of supporting this club when we are only winning trophies can go do one. I have been through all the ups and downs since the 80s. A massive part of supporting a club is having passion and not always seeing things through blue tinted spectacles. I say things as I see them. It is pointless saying that everything is OK and the team is great, when it really isn't. Anybody who does isn't a real fan in my opinion, just a cheerleader. Chelsea have some major f**kin problems at the moment, and if any of you think that the way we're playing at the moment is acceptable, then I ask where your passion is. Our midfield is beyond a joke now, and if I am being honest, I don't think half of the players are even trying anymore due to the world cup. None of them (besides Hazard, who appears to be leaving this summer and Schürrle) could create a chance if their lives depended on it. Same story every time: 1) Willian, Ivanovic or Salah run the ball down a flank, do a sh*t cross that winds up going out of play, on the head of a defender or the hands of the goalkeeper. 2) Willian will cut it in from the flank and launch it about 10 feet over the bar and 5 feet wide. 3) Torres gets the ball, dribbles it down the centre, sh*ts his pants, dribbles it some more and finds himself cornered to one side. Then gets dispossessed by the 3 defenders that have now surrounded him 4) Our midfield will just run the ball down the pitch, meet resistance, pass and pass, overplay, pass, pass some more like a hot potato around the box (not in the box) until the ball is either intercepted, played out or passed backwards until it becomes a midfield kick about again. Its like we're physically allergic to getting into space and unable to take responsibility for a move. How many times do we go down a flank on a counter attack only to find nobody phome for the cross? Today was a classic. We caught Norwich cold on a counter run due to a real lucky bounce off the opposition. If that was Liverpool or City, that would have been punished hard. But nope, instead, Ba runs with it, puts in a weak weak cross way before Schürrle was anywhere near range for it. Attack fizzled out. A prime opportunity wasted. If today was my first time seeing Willian and Ba play, I would ask which Division 2 team we fished them out from. Willian was responsible for hands down THE worst shot at goal that I have ever seen today. Nearly hit the corner flag. Ba put himself in the back of the net more than the ball too. Salah was anonymous the entire time he was on the pitch. He seemed utterly lost and gave away possession far too much. Lampard is spent. I never want to see him play for us ever again. I love the guy for all he has done for us but anything more from him now would just tarnish his career. He should bow out with respect this summer. I know this seems like a real long rant and nothing more, but it really f**king hurts to see us play this poorly against a pile of sh*t side like Norwich whose entire starting 11 doesn't even exceed 14 million. Speaks wonders for the supposed talent in our team if a Championship level side like Norwich can park the bus on us and keep us held like that. Its not the lack of silverware that's bothered me this season, its the sheer quality (or lack thereof) of the football we've played this season. Its apalling. I hope a mass clear out is on the cards this summer, because there is a lot of clutter and trash that needs taking out.

Did you not see the Schürrle incident? There was another too. The ref was a complete mong and it wouldn't surprise me if he was given special orders.

Chelsea v Norwich (PL) 04/05/14 KO 16:00 BST
I'm done for the season now. This team is an absolute pile of sh*t and Jose needs to sort it out in the summer. Willian was absolutely useless today. Lampard has lost it big time now. He should just hang up his boots at the end of the season. He's spent. Ba and Torres can go do one now. They were useless. Schürrle was the only one switched on in our mid/attack area. in again, we get another useless c**t of a ref aswell. At this point it's obvious that there is an agenda with the officiating this season. Either that or the referees are profoundly retarded this season. 3 penalties we were denied for us and 1 for Norwich. I think not only Mike Riley should get the sack but literally every single in referee who has officiated the Prem this season. Absolutely all of them deserve sacking.

Eden Hazard - Chelsea Legend
I am so over this parking the bus sh*te. We do what is necessary. Liverpool play attacking football all the time and its bit them in the arse where it counted.

Mario Götze
I would much rather have Götze than Draxler...

Half and half scarves
I bought a Chelsea/Atletico one from the megastore to mark this seasons semi final. I have no issue with it for European semi finals or finals. Domestically, no way!!

Diego Costa to Chelsea
So many rumours about strikers, its hard to tell which ones are legit. But apparently, the other striker we are currently looking at is Jackson Martinez (got the green light to bid) and Mario Mandzukic. Those are the two most frequent names doing the rounds at the minute. Not sure about Remy though. He could be another Ba. Spend an entire season on the bench. I would much rather Lavezzi!

Diego Costa to Chelsea
What we need in the summer, is a new left back, a central attacking midfielder (get rid of Oscar and get Mario Götze if you ask me), get a new pivot/defensive midfielder to partner Matic (get rid of David Luiz), Diego Costa and one, maybe two other strikers for depth. No way can we rely on one or two strikers for a whole season when competing in the Prem, Champions League, Fa and league cups.

Diego Costa to Chelsea
Oh totally. I have complete faith in Jose. Its one of those things where you have to be all in or not at all. What you stated about Torres is exactly what I am talking about. Our strikers eradicate themselves from games with their positioning and lack of penetration. They tend to leave it to the wingers, who often cross the ball completely wide, straight into the keepers hands or go for the shot themselves, launching it over the bar, to a wide angle. Torres is the worst for positioning. Its like he is magnetically opposed from stepping foot into the goal mouth area. He corners himself off to a side (usually the left) and it drives me up the wall. Our match against Swansea was a prime example of our impotent attack. 2 shots of 25 on target. Most of them pot shots from outside the area.

Diego Costa to Chelsea
Dude, I totally disagree. We need somebody who knows how to score goals. We need a c**t. We need somebody who will wind up, agitate and throw defenders off and get under their skin. No disrespect, but I really don't follow any of your points because they do not make sense. Yes, we need a link up guy in central midfield but we need a striker who is proven and has the balls to get into dangerous positions even more so. Anybody who has watched our team in action more than a few times this season will no doubt see a pattern in our attack. Its impotent. No killer instinct. We hardly get into the box. Its like our strikers are afraid to breach the penalty area and leave it to our wingers and midfielders to shoot from range, which ends up with lots of lobbed efforts that dont reach their target. Sure, we are stifled in midfield when it comes to that creative element, but a good striker with balls attached would find a way through with a bit of muscle power and actually cause problems for defences. Our problem is that we do not know how to react when a team implements a tightly knit compact defence. That's why we need Diego Costa.

Mario Götze
That's annoying, can't find the goals online. Can only find those videos that sad acts put up with real life thumbnails but is actually just them playing FIFA. I'd love to smash their consoles with a hammer. Why would anyone do that every f**kin week unless they were a sad and pathetic loser?

Mario Götze
Oh, has he? Good lad!!!!! Was gonna check the results out later like I always do, nevermind. Look forward to seeing that though.

Eden Hazard - Chelsea Legend
Either way, I agree with comments above, it should have been handled in house if he was genuinely concerned about the set up of the team. No player is bigger than the team. True words. Hazard has been ordinary the last few months. Maybe to do with burn out. I don't think the nlad knows his limits yet, which comes down to naivety. He has a lot to prove in coming weeks. Not all that impressed with his attitude at the moment.

Diego Costa to Chelsea
hahaha, no technical ability. Give it a rest. He is skilled on the ball, knows where the back of the net is and is a badass. We need a badass in our team who has the physical ability to bully his way to goal. He has the ability to really intimidate people too. Chelsea need that. None of our current crop of forwards have that. In fact, our forwards are always the ones being bullied off the ball.... we need a pair of bollocks and a spine in our team. Bold statement! But true. I'm sure that I'm not the only one who is fed up with seeing our team collapse with its pants round its ankles once we hit the final third of the pitch. Number of times I've yelled the phrase "sh*t or get off the pot" whilst watching our players either overplay the ball and lose it on a flank, panic and give away possession in the final stretch or bottle it and pass the ball back. Its infuriating. We need a player who is confident and willing to charge through walls and parked buses.

Mario Götze
I think it would be a harsh thing to call him disloyal. He is clearly dissatisfied and I attribute that to how he has been on the bench a lot this season. Bayern are incredibly oversaturated with talent in most positions, so it is obvious that there will be displeased players. You cannot appease everyone in a team like that. Oscar has been for the most part, a flop this season (in my opinion). He started off absolutely incredible, but suddenly his performance began to wane once Hazard hit form. Then he shined in the Arsenal match and gave a few reasonable performances here and there, but suddenly dropped off radar again. Complete inconsistence. Thing is, I like Oscar and how he states that he wants to become a Chelsea legend, but his performances on the pitch say otherwise. I see Oscar on team sheets these days and I now wonder whether he's going to be Oscar or if he will be anonymous and have a mare. Götze on the other hand, he is consistently good. I watch a lot of Bundesliga and he always impresses me. Look at his performance against Real Madrid the other day. Bayern were a shower of sh*t all game, not even a single decent crack at goal. Götze comes on and within minutes he almost scores a sensational goal. But unfortunately for them, it was too late to get anything at that point! Real were cruising. I would happily swap Oscar for Götze. That would be a dream move right there.

Mario Götze
http://metro.co.uk/2014/05/02/chelsea-join-race-for-unhappy-bayern-munich-star-mario-gotze-4716342/ Taking this with a pinch of salt like most things I read on the Metro, but this would be a very good signing if we can prise him away from Bayern. I've been a long term admirer of his playing style since his days at Dortmund. He will only get better over time aswell due to his relatively young age.

Eden Hazard - Chelsea Legend
The whole alleged Hazard dig at Mourinho thing is annoying me at the minute. I usually take these things with a pinch of salt, but Eden should leave the management to Jose, show some respect and get on with whats needed of him. Same with David Luiz and any other player. Its called professionalism. We wouldn't call out our bosses on work matters in a public place... Disappointed that any of our players would give the media even more ammunition to use against us in the back pages of the daily toilet paper. We lack the attack power and creative spark to play attacking football. So until we address those key areas, we have to play defensively minded.

Isn't Costa number 19 at Atletico? By the way, many sites saying this is a done deal now. Not sure if anyone has posted such yet (only read this last page of posts)

Jose Mourinho/Rui Faria/Ramires Charged by FA
Personally, I would rather see the back off Ramires than David Luiz. Ramires needs to learn how to control that temper of his.
