Yup he definitely uses slokje when referring to alcohol. And I thought all my grandparents were dutch but perhaps not. The last name on my mothers side is Barense. is that also a dutch name? My grandmothers last names were Gort and Jackson. Are those dutch?

I'm not sure if the king or queen visited but I wouldn't be surprised if they did. It's a tasty little town. The only dutch word my grandpa taught me is Shlukke (spelling?) which means alcoholic beverage :). I actually took an ancestry test this winter and discovered that I was only about 27% dutch, which I found really surprising. Are you dutch or have any dutch connections?

Yup that's exactly right. We will start "tailgating" about 5 hours before kickoff. Should be a great time.

This will be first ever Chelsea game. Beyond excited even if it is only preseason. Is anyone else going to the game? I'm going with a group of guys and we will be tailgating before if anyone wants to meet up. Eager to see how some of our youth will do against Madrid. I wonder if Miazga will be making an appearance due to him being American.

I think a strong finish will come as a result of us playing more youth. I have been more impressed with traore and Kennedy this season in terms of commitment and ability than a lot of the regulars

I think with loans that are going well, we need the players to stay on loan at that club. They have the trust of the manager and are developing nicely so I don't think there is any point to disrupting that unless we have an immediate need for them.

Is anyone else watching this in the states that knows of a channel that this might be on television? I had a dream last night that we lost 1-0. I don't think that would be a terrible result. Although an away goal would be huge

I haven't seen much of him but 5 mil for a 20 year old center back that is regarded as one of the best in the MLS I like it. Hopefully pointless loans don't ruin his development but with him, zouma, and Christensen, we might have a nice core of young CBs in our ranks. What do you guys think?
