Having just got back from the match, i said earlier in the week that mikel and ramires should have started, rammy would have provided an engine, (whatever his faults may perceived to be) to drive the team forwards. mikel and fabregas in the same team is not going to work both slow the game down to much mikel with his sideways and backward passing, and fabregas slows down the game taking unnecessary turns and touches when impetus is needed, he would have been better linking up with costa further forward. dave's crossing comes from the byline generally after he's beaten his man, and we were much more dangerous with luis putting in early balls. ivans crossing is just too hit and miss! as good a defender as he is. oscar is just too lite weight for those physical games twice a week, shirley was much more direct with a point to prove. at least the invincibles monkey is off our back, and we are three points clear at the top of the league, 1 defeat.knockout stage of CL to come. every team has a blip and i think this is ours, biggest cheer on the coach was when aguero busted his knee. haha
