Pedro
Numbers are squiggles on a page. Particularly easy to achieve when you're playing against Elche and Levante every other week. Michael Owen had similar numbers at Real Madrid.

Pedro
I always thought he was mediocre. Good impact sub but at the most a slightly better Walcott/Lennon

Chelsea outbid Tottenham for Wembley
Thought Tottenham's new stadium was being built separately to WHL?

Is it too early to be depressed that we won't sign a starter?
It's been a slow start to the window in general tbf.

Paul Pogba - Needs to Sign!
I wish. I believe they're signing all of them, as well as Delph.

Radamel "the project" Falcao
Firstly Remy is not the same age as Traore meaning first team minutes aren't as imperative to his development; secondly we got Remy cheaply because of a buy-out clause in his QPR contract - as we have yet to sell him how can you make a determination on the trajectory of his valuation over the past season?
-
Radamel "the project" Falcao
Yeah shove a young striker on the bench for the season, that'll rocket his development and value.

Radamel "the project" Falcao
Initial reactions here are the complete opposite to those in the Torres thread. Let's hope the contrasts continue as such.

Kenedy aka 'The New Hulk'
I said he may well get a permit on the previous page, don't care about the article. Wallace was not a first team regular of the importance for Fluminense that Kenedy is and had half the appearances. In any case permit rules have been changed since the Wallace transfer to become much more objective; being 19, worth over £6m and a first team regular for a top Brazilian side should push him over the line rather than having to persuade a panel of old fools, who were under increasing pressure to stop being so lenient with the system, that an unremarkable 18 year old defender would get game time ahead of Ivanovic and Azpilicueta.

Kenedy aka 'The New Hulk'
Price tag, nationality and league appearances.

Petr Cech to Arsenal
I'm glad Cech is going to Arsenal. I'm more of a patriot than most on here I guess and think of it in terms of: - It's good for English football that a great player remains here, bringing the added bonus of maintaining domestic and foreign public interest in the league meaning continued revenue streams for all clubs. - It's good for English football in giving Arsenal Cech means they will be more likely to actually do their bit towards the Premier League's co-efficient in Europe for once, meaning that we don't lose our 4th spot to Italy. - It paints Chelsea as a club which can look past rivalries to do what is best for a player and his family, the kind of act that creates a "great" club aura around the world and makes us a more attractive proposition to future incoming signings. - He didn't go to those arrogant new-money self-deserving Frogs. If giving Arsenal our backup goalkeeper means they will suddenly beat us to the league title then we didn't deserve to win it anyway.

Raheem Sterling in?
According to...?
-
Kenedy aka 'The New Hulk'
Kenedy has just turned 19. Hulk didn't even move to Europe until he was 23...?
-
Kenedy aka 'The New Hulk'
Atsu, but much stronger.

Kenedy aka 'The New Hulk'
Fairly high, has a lot of first team experience for Fluminense, good chance of a work permit straight off the bat but either way I'd say just one season's loan before he comes into our first team.

Kenedy aka 'The New Hulk'
Seems he's ours now...

Paul Pogba - Needs to Sign!
Because PSG don't play in a real league.

Paul Pogba - Needs to Sign!
Think he could get bullied by the absolute top central midfielders.

José Mourinho Confirmed as Chelsea Manager!
He's repeatedly said he wants to stay in England, in particular at Chelsea for many, many years. I don't think he'd go running back to Madrid at the drop of Perez' hat, particularly after Perez had his chance to do what needed to be done to keep Jose while he was still there.

José Mourinho Confirmed as Chelsea Manager!
Well when we sold Mata to Manchester United he said it's good for English football to keep top quality players in the Premier League and Premier League clubs should do it to each other more often. What has changed for him?

Random Rumours
http://www.oneworldsports.com/stories/chelsea-targeting-21-year-old-samuel-umtitii Looks like we're after Samuel Umtitii, Falcao's move could become permanent shortly and we're not after Griezmann.

Radamel "the project" Falcao
Top 5 world player who lacked a little confidence after a bad injury last season. Physically he's the same as ever, he never relied on explosive pace and ACL injuries aren't like hamstring injuries in having the potential to affect this anyway. If Mourinho thinks he can get him firing again then I don't have the break-taking arrogance to argue with him.
