Yep your right. From a long time ago Baba should of been number 1 left back and Dave right back. Iva should of been no where near the team unless needed at CB. It defiantly must be an age thing because Hiddink seems to just ignore everything that is blindingly obvious to everyone else.

To take players off at half time like Kennedy and Miazga is awful management, must do a players confidence the world of good. Specially when Hiddink puts his number 1 player at CB to replace you a player must realise his Chelsea career might not last long. Kennedy has played well this year and Traore and with Hazard injured and Pedro, Oscar etc not playing that well they both could of been given more playing time, what a great opportunity missed.

I look at Costa as the main culprit and I do think he decided to play better simply by running more, losing weight and actually getting in the box. Under Mourinho he would literally just stand on the left wing or throw his bib at the manager when he don't get his own way. I think it was more the effect of Mourinho leaving than Guus arriving that brought out better performances.

I would regard the performances of key players improving like Costa just because Mourinho left more than the influence of Hiddink. Holland could of carried of as manager and some of the players performances would of improved. Others just decided to stay the same like Ivan and Matic.

Like said before the problem with Hiddink is he has just done the basics and seemed obsessed with his undefeated record at first. It seems like he uses match day as nap time and wakes up at the 80min to make a sub of any significance to change a match. He will never not start Mikel or sub him even if we are losing. Hiddink will generally sub of the youngsters if they have have been the better players, he has taken of Kennedy at half time and Miazga at half time, why didn't he do the same with Cahill at Sunderland after his header out lead to a goal? Hiddinks gone with the same rubbish of Ivan at RB, stuck with Mikel and Matic when everyone says it doesn't work and results prove it. Are you Wenger in disguise? Hiddink has said he will play the youngsters, we got a few games of RLC then we don't see him again. Where's Kennedy and Traore who could of really developed on with the last 10 games of the season, it was a great opportunity to play them. As you can tell I can't wait for him to go lol

I just wouldn't mind giving Cuadrado another chance if the manager wants him, might work out better than chucking another load of money at a player. He probably is better suited to Italy but I do think it was one of Mourinhos biggest downfalls not giving players a chance. I just think of having Luis, Bertrand, Lukuka, KDB in the squad and what a difference it would make :(.

When has a 352 really worked in the premier recently? I saw West Ham play it in the first half against Arsenal and was horrendous at the back, went back to 4 at the back the second half. Rodgers used it at Liverpool but wasn't successful. I can only see it being good as a formation change during matches etc.

Personally I don't think Marin was good but he was never given good game time. Either was Salah and then when he is a first team starter we see him playing well. Every player is different and players can't be judged on a few 10min cameos here or there. Someone can't just say a player is rubbish because they play 10mins.

Fully agree, Chelsea have let Mikel sit on the bench for over 10 years and let Oscar be inconsistent for how long? Surely if the manager wants to give the player a chance he is worth a go than spending another load of money.

He did not get plenty of chances. Admittedly Cuadrado never played well for Chelsea but making sub appearances here, starts there with no consistency of games in a new league was never going to help him. Like Mourinho said he can decide on a player within 10mins, obviously he did that with Cuadrado. His been a good player in Italy that's why managers have rated him.
