Shouldn't be selling Fabregas full stop. Who will Chelsea rely on for creativity? Oscar and William. Fabregas is a world class player but doesn't really have the legs for a midfield 2. Next to Kante though he has the legs for 2 players

It's pretty obvious when someone is nearly 30 playing in an under 23 tournament. Just saying remember the opposition, the premier league is much harder. It's why teams let Mikel have the ball in premier league. He does nothing with it. I remember when Mark Hughes played one good game in CM for Chelsea and then he played there against UTD and Chelsea was 5-0 down at half time.

It's abit different playing in a tournament with U23s than playing in the premier league where you get closed down so quickly.

Think that defence will struggle against Carrol and West Ham will put someone on the left wing who can ruin Ivanovic, his the clear weakness.

Sometimes I have slagged Costa off but no way is Lukaku better than him and the money Everton want is outrageous. We already have a Lukaku at the club so if Chelsea was going to sign another forward I would like to see someone different. Problem is Chelsea can't attract any forward better than Costa, the only one I can maybe see coming is Cavani.

It's not ridiculous though because if I lived an easy life of a footballer on stupid wages I would say I love any club I play for. No player can ever say bad things for the club they play for. For 10 years of mainly sitting on the bench, there's a reason he keeps the bench warm. The reason Mikel stays is because theres more advantages than leaving. Trophies, money, London, friends and family etc. If he wanted to earn respect he could play first team football elsewhere and prove himself. Never know he might end up like Kante.

I bet Mikel gets a new contract and the main reason is because Chelsea won't want to lose him on a free transfer specially after all the hassle they went through getting him.
