  1. William was rubbish the second half the season
  2. Has anyone actually said that?
  3. I'm not belittling it, it was just one of those abnormal years and the greatest sporting achievement in sporting history. People also have to admit that certain things helped them like lack of injuries, no European football, out of cup competitions early. I'm sure they made the least changes to a starting 11 for over 10 years. Next season most people are thinking they will take top half now. Leicester did have a great spine to the team, Schmiexhal, Morgan, Huth, Kante, Drinkwater and Vardy was immense. I would take Drinkwater at Chelsea now, think he runs and bosses the midfield. I just think Mourinho would of taken Utd to another level and this year a decent run could of seen others win the league, it was a low total for a league win.
  4. I honestly think if Mourinho was appointed manager of Man Utd at the beginning of the season or even December they would of challenged or maybe won the league. It didn't take a team of high quality to win it this year. LVG defiantly underachieved after spending 250m. He kept playing players in there wrong positions and Mourinho would of made players like Fellani, Smalling and Schneiderlin even better.
  5. Yep because Hiddink never subbed youngsters at halftime, didn't play RLC at the end of the season or bring him on for 1min. Oh and only played Traore once Costa got injured. Let's not forget he kept playing the same useless players who has been underachieving all season. I remember every match thread the amount of abuse that Hiddink got picking Mikel and Matic combo and Ivan all the time. Must be just me then.
  6. I'm not talking about the whole of the second half of the season. Around 10-12 games left of the season there was nothing for Chelsea FC to play for. At this point RLC should of been involved in every game. Like I have said these opportunities don't come round often and Chelsea had the wrong man in charge to fully take advantage of it. All you got to say is your be involved in every game, show me, the fans and the club what you can do. You don't sub players like Baba, Miazga, Kennedy at half time. Youth players need confidence and that probably shot them. It was the general use of players which was bad. Traore could of played a lot more mins but only got involved again once Costa was injured. When the season is over for Chelsea and all Guus keeps picking is Mikel and Matic, Ivan and even some other players to some degree. Yes Guus is a nice guy, yes he got mid table but his general use of youth players was terrible. Of course no one expects 7 youngsters in a first team. Utd nearly got there but through injuries alone but LVG kept faith with Rashford.
  7. So Guus didn't play the youngsters more because it's bad on the first team players. The same first team players who have all mostly been rubbish all year. Football changes very quickly and just because someone did well at one point in there career doesn't mean they always will. Hiddink has been poor for a while now. Anyway I think Guus has just been brought in just incase things go wrong with Conte.
  8. Rely and Falcao was mostly injured and Pato was just on loan. I would rather see someone play who might have a future at the club than a loan signing.
  9. The same fans celebrate when Mourinho helps delivers trophies. That's the thing with Mourinho he has always delivered and always will. That's what makes him one of the greatest managers ever.
  10. Comparing Guus's spell as manager to the last 4 is absolutely pointless, totally different circumstances. Your not even looking at the bigger picture. The way he used the young players was rubbish. If you think subbing young players at half time helps them then you go with that. Traore only played at the end because Costa was injured. RLC was no where to be seen for the last 5-6 games. That's great management. With nothing to play for the last 12 games RLC should of been the first name on the team sheet. I tell you what lets get with the classic Mikel and Matic, like we havnt already learnt there s*** together. Kennedy and Traore could of also got more minutes. Also a young right back at times instead of Ivanovic. Opportunities like this don't come round often specially with teams normally fighting for the prem. Guus was useless at the end.
  11. We got it ages ago you don't like Mourinho blah blah blah
  12. If Chelsea are in the title race Mourinho will be playing the mind games, but I am guessing it won't come to that.
  13. Haha, typical Chelsea give Hiddink a job involving the academy. After what he did at the end of the season he only made things worse. The youth team is already good enough as proven by results, what's Guus going to do? Give Conte his wisdom on how to sub youth players at half time or give them 1min of game time. He might bring Cech back who has longer playing career left than Hiddink has left in football full stop lol.
  14. I don't think anyone believes Mourinho will build a dynasty, why would he? How many managers do these days? He will bring Utd plenty of trophies, CL football and make them fighting for the title. Thats what he does. Utd and City battling for the title.
  15. His such a poor manager, let's not put Rooney or Martial up front, even his beloved Fellani. Young will probably score now but still a poor decision.
  16. VG leaving Utd will be the best thing they can ever do. Worst thing for Chelsea
  17. So we would of relegated? You really believe that? There was actually hardly any improvement in performances if any. The main difference was Guus went ultra defence. Not really the way I like, it's true. How many minutes did RLC get at the end of the season? It was a great opportunity, literally once in a lifetime of a season to give youngsters a chance, all Guus did was play the same Ivan, Matic and Mikel combo and Willian and Pedro.
  18. Almost every single player improved under Guus, your talking rubbish there. The defence was just as bad as it had ever been all season. Willian's performances went down. You could argue Mikel but he went from not playing to playing so that isn't hard. Plus was he really that good. Costa obviously but he would of improved if anyone was manager, Fabregas slightly and Hazard when the Euros is coming. Clutching at straws to try and think of anyone else really. Problem with Guus was he kept picking the same players who had been underperforming all season, when push come to shove he never changed anything and hardly gave youth a chance. That could of started about 12 games to the end. I tell you what lets play RLC for a few games, scores against Villa, plays well against City then don't play for about the last 5 games, great management. If our CB or LB makes a mistake lets just sub them at halftime, great confidence booster. But if Mikels playing crap or we are losing I still won't take my golden boy off.
  19. You can't really compare Pedro to Cuadrado or Salah with the minutes played, that's like comparing Costa to Remy and Falcao.
  20. Hiddink all over. Since the Man City game RLC has played 0mins against Spurs, Sunderland. 7mins against Bournemouth and basically f*** all tonight. Youngsters must think what's the point.
  21. It's hard for Traore being the main frontman, reckon he will be ideal playing of one of the wings.
  22. I reckon Abraham should get 20mins, Chelsea have nothing to lose.
  23. It's the Hazard that glides past players like there not there.
  24. Hiddinks a new man, abit early for a sub
