I think Tammy needs to start banging in the goals again upon his return, he should also look at how Giroud links up with the players around him and learn from that. In the early days of the season Tammy was doing that and more, but for a while he hasn't been very effective and has missed some gilt edged chances.

You can see more confidence in the team which is great and that leads to what we've seen over the last few games. That Mount goal was very Frank in style, loved it. Pedro has been amazing, the guy has covered so much grass as well been at a higher level quality wise. Happy for Ross as well, I thought he was a great player in his breakthrough days, so this may kick off his career with us going forward.

If it is played behind closed doors then so be it. It is strange when there is no handshake at the start of the match yet there is contact during the game, as well as after the result. With Kovacic being possibly out of the Everton game I feel guilty at liking the prospect of a Gilmour-RLC-Barkley (or James) midfield, with Mount on the left side of attack, with Giroud up top and Willian/Pedro on the right. Stick to the same defenders as well, we need some continuity in that department. Stick with the 4-3-3 Frank and play the counter, I've always preferred us to play this way rather than tippy tappy 5 yard passes with a high press. We were fantastic last night against a still reasonably strong Liverpool team.

Gilmour has been pure class.

Barkley has been pretty wasteful in the final third, apart from his goal of course.

Barkley just needs to sharpen up a bit, he's lost the ball a few times. Gilmour you look an absolute legend so far.

Look at Klopp in his first season, he struggled with his style as he didn't have the right players. Liverpool went on to finish 8th (P38, W16, D12, L10, +13 GD). Lampard is currently P28, W13, D6, L9, +8 GD. Klopp didn't have the same problems as Lampard either ie injuries, transfer ban etc

Daniel Sturridge and Trabzonspor have mutually agreed to terminate his contract, making him a free agent. What are the thoughts in us bringing him in for the remainder of the season? I'm not a fan of the high press either, especially when we don't have the personnel for it. I used to love our counter attacking style with a powerful midfield (Ballack, Essien, Lampard).
