  1. yeah, puta has a double meaning, infact it can also mean "pu**y." Just like Cabrone can mean @##ho!e, or, believe it or not, be slang for "tough guy." Scott
  2. I think the presence of Diarra and Essien made him think he was a midfielder. Honestly though, he was out of position because of many others on the team being out of position. Carvs follows his player out to the left wing, and no midfielder really drops in to cover the area he has left. Thus, he stops, is totally exposed, and we pay dearly for it....the quality is poor, but do Essien and Diarrra pretty much run into each other, and then realise the gap they have left? Scott
  3. Don't know, but I don't advocate him playing in that position! I think that Diarra in other games has shown great compusure whilst under pressure with teh ball at his feet. I also think that his long range passing is almost as good as, if not already better than that of makas. However, I really think we should keep maka and Diarra need a complete season together, tape their heads together and hope for ozmosis (sp?) Anyway, I also think that it is ahrsh to criticize Diarra for one bad game, especially when he has played RB for most of the games this season. however, he was way out of position for their 3rd goal. Carvs scares me sometimes, but tactically he has been far more solid this season than in seasons past. I can't really remember him diving in rashly while an opposing player was in the area; while he did this almost every game last season One thing I can't get over....Paulos inclusion in the game if he were to only be played half an hour, and then be replaced by Sweepy????
  4. JOhno is a great wing back, and I have to admit I think his defensive abilities are getting better. Him and Cole on either side would be a great threat going forward, I just wonder how much they would expose Terry and Carvs or whatever other CB we get? What ever happened to Alex? Is he a CB, if so maybe we will be getting him!? Scott
  5. It does show that if the desire and the appropriate offer is on the table then these things do not need to be prolonged and splashed across the tabloids. Yeah, I can see the Lamps deal dragging its heels. I don't know why, but I think the talk of Spain is all to real (not Real) for us to ignore, especially if Elen wants to go back...look at Crespo's wife. I think Terry will sign. Essien on the team for a further 5 years is a great one!

THere are some great ones on there marmalade are a great band, loved the song 'i see the rain" Roadrunner is one of my favourite songs of all time Good vibrations by the beach boys, and a few other ones of theirs are always decent. Lets stick together, Al green. A quick one while he's away again not sure why, but associate them with Summer Mungo Jerry is another synonimous with summer Anyway, BB, I am really impressed by the inclusion of Honeybus. I actually am very good friends with the guitarist from this band, Ronnie Douglas. He is a top bloke, they were on the verge of becoming really big untill Honeybus's drummer made a pass at Brian Epstein....the deal was dropped. Anyway, just glad to see that one in their
  7. 3-3...some game, but the way we went down in the 2nd and 3rd goals was abismal. we missed maka and JT. Some players seriously need a kick in the ar*se. Keep our unbeaten record, and thankfully not a loss to Spuds SCott PS, can't even pick out a MOM, Frank for his goals
  8. stunning. Nice ball by carvs to drogs, for the great header down for Kalous superb finnish! Lets keep the momentum going and take this game home. Lord knows we don't need another game to play in our fixtures Defoe just hit teh bar
  9. can we please stop the long ball
  10. I just don't hope we rest after the goal and allow Spurs back into the game
  11. there is still time...COME ON CHELS
  12. Boulah on, Diarra off. Can only think that is to stop Diarra pickng up a quick second yellow. Hopefully this will push Essien out to RB
  13. Robben, give us a break and stop your diving. Two blatant dives so far this half already!
  14. COME ON CHELSEA!!!!!!!! Some good pressure in the opening minutes, but nothing to show for it
  15. okay, that may be a bit harsh on sweepy, but I am feeling pretty annoyed rigth now!
  16. we need to keep using our wings. SWP, worst sub ever...candidate for worst signing ever!
  17. a draw is the best we can hope for now!
  18. maka is being missed out there today too. Ghaly's goal wouldn't have happened if maka were on (hypothetically) as ghaly was allowed to run right down our throats!
  19. Don't know what the idea of sweepy coming on was? But the back 4 are now non existent. Is Kahlid on the bench. I hope Paulo has left the field and packed his bags, it looks like he can't buy a game Scott
  20. horrific..isn't that his second goal like that this season?
  21. gilrs, not joining in the chat room?? Great reaction goal by Lamps, will the credit Ballack with the assist?
  22. Ghaly up to his old tricks, just took Essien out with a late tackle. Last game I don't know how he finished the game against us?
  23. we a re really putting them under pressure here.....need to make it count! Also, am I hearing the spuds sing "your support is F*ckin sh*t?"
  24. Cole lunges in, ref plays advantage, and we are almost 2 down!
  25. Tim, get yourself into the chat room too!
