I never understand this going into administration, and buying it back again for nothing. If the club has gone broke surely the same management will make it go broke again.

the FA is the problem they have no hard and fast rules for these eventualities and think they can wing it when it comes to decisions. they need to sit with a bunch of lawyers and have some kind of rule book and system - fines, points deductions, relegation, players sitting out, etc. all sorted out for all offences.
